Promising Designs Undermined by Poor Execution and Customer Experience
The designs presented by this brand are genuinely strong, which makes my experience particularly disappointing. I ordered a sample piece for around 260€ plus customs fees due to shipment from the UK, and I was initially excited about the potential of the brand.
The dispatch was delayed without any updates, and when the item finally arrived, it did not match the product description. The measurements differed by more than 10+ cm from the size chart, and several details were missing across multiple areas - the hood, sleeves, back, and chest. It was effectively a different and incomplete product.
I requested a refund and ultimately processed everything through PayPal. The seller did respond but the process still required significant additional effort. Because customs fees had already been paid, I also needed to contact the customs office myself to arrange reimbursement once the item was returned. Ordered in December - Refund received in the last week of February. The customs office case required additional months.
It’s unfortunate, because the creative potential is clearly visible, and had quality control and communication matched the strength of the designs, I would have gladly purchased again in the future. I hope the brand improves its processes so that the products can reflect the promise of the ideas behind them.
