I placed Order for two Tabletop Vault…

I placed Order for two Tabletop Vault Boosted® – Premium products at $74.80 each, for a total of $149.60.

My order confirmation also specifically shows “slab/pack + free single” and a “free single promo.”

When my package arrived, I did not receive any graded slabs. Instead, I received 18 Korean Pokémon booster packs — 6 packs from each of 3 different sets — along with two regular loose cards, a Dewgong and Darumaka.

After receiving the package, I became concerned and looked into other customer experiences. I found multiple complaints from customers describing very similar situations involving these mystery products, including receiving Korean booster packs and inexpensive loose cards instead of the products/bonuses they believed were advertised. Some complaints specifically mention not receiving an expected slab.

I understand that this is a mystery-style product and that the value or contents may vary. My complaint is not simply that I didn’t receive an expensive chase item. My concern is that my order confirmation specifically lists a “slab/pack + free single,” yet I received no graded slab at all.

I have photographs of everything that arrived, my order confirmation, and screenshots of the product listing.

I am requesting that the company clearly explain what was supposed to be included in each of the two Tabletop Vault Boosted Premium products I purchased and either send all missing items that were advertised and included with my order or provide an appropriate refund.

Until this is resolved, I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review the product description, advertised bonuses, and independent customer reviews before purchasing.

DO NOT buy anything from this site

DO NOT buy anything from this site. This has to be the biggest scam.
I decided to try it out because they were having a 50% off sale so I tried their diamond vault product for $75 that was supposed to come with a free slab or pack and then 1 free card.
I got the lowest tier possible and got 9 Korean packs of the most recent sets and an Alolan Diglett card.
Funny thing on their website is they never specified that the packs you can get on the lowest tier would be Korean packs that you can get from other sites for less than $2.50 a pack.
Basically wasted about $50 on this purchase. They didn't even try to send the packs so they wouldn't get damaged lol at least it was on sale and I didn't spend the full amount.
I will never buy anything from this site again and I would recommend everyone else looking at this site to buy elsewhere. Just know you will most likely get ripped off if you do decide to purchase from this site.

Probably one of the worst shops to buy…

Probably one of the worst shops to buy from online, next to gold star tcg. Just wanted to try them out to see if they were decent. Spent almost $150, and received the lowest tiers possible on their list for both orders. Plus the singles, and packs they sent were just loose in the mailers they didn’t even try to keep them from getting damaged or anything lol. Look, I’m not shooting for the best product when I order mystery stuff, but on a double order you definitely shouldn’t get the worst on both when it’s 5 tiers they could send out. Wouldn’t shop again, and damn sure wouldn’t recommend anyone shop with them either!

Scam

Bought a trio pack thing saying I got a slab with a random English pack plus either a etb of a bunch of other packs. Only got 9 Japanese packs and no slab and bonus English pack which I PAID for. Do not recommend.
