My only issue was delivery
My only issue was delivery, the parcel was left at my back door & the side gate was left wide open. There had been no notification of delivery either by email or note through the front door.

I’m very sorry that the courier failed to provide an acceptable service, however. Please rest assured that we will be monitoring this issue closely and will not hesitate in finding an alternative delivery company if this becomes more than a one off error.
