We bought our first car in denmark, a 2012 kia picanto, at a good price and well liked, very friendly seller and ready to help. I RECOMMEND, thank you very much.

De holder ikke deres løfter!
Jeg var meget interesseret i en bil, og de reserverede den til mig. Derefter købte jeg tog- og busbilleter til Aarhus (bor selv i København). Dagen efter skrev de, at bilen er solgt. Jeg bedt dem om at refundere pengene for mine billeter, men desværre nægtede de at gøre det.
I vores samtale med chefen (?) sagde han, at han glemte at fortælle til en af hans medarbejdere, at bilen er reserveret. Han indrømmede sin fejl, men på samme tid nægtede at tage ansvar for den. Det er meget dårlig stil! Man skal være meget forsigtig om alt de siger eller lover!

They do not keep their promises!
I was interested in a car they were selling and they reserved the car for me. I bought train and bus tickets to Aarhus to go and see the car (I live in Copenhagen). The next day, they wrote me that the car is sold. I asked them to refund the money I had spent on the tickets, but unfortunately they refused to do so.
In our conversation with the manager (?), he told me that he forgot to tell one of his employees that the car is reserved. He admitted his mistake, but at the same time refused to take any responsibility for his actions. This is a really bad style! One should be very cautious about everything they say or promise!

I will review from the point of view of non-danish speaker , or like in my case , non-fluent speaker , when they buy a car in Denmark.

We bought recently the and Khaled was helpful during the whole process , taking into the account that we were having issues with understanding how everything works in Denmark.Also his English is suitable for explaining what we had to know.
