Excellent watch for under 20 pounds looks good, my husband has a thing about watches and looks really good. Unfortunately no instructions to adjust the setting. Sorting out slowley

I read about this company in a relatively reputable magazine. Ordered the watch I wanted. They took my money. Never got the watch. That was early November. Emailed after a month. No reply. Another month passes, I found a mobile number and messaged. They said they had the watch and would post it. Nothing. Have messaged/emailed 4 times since, last time just a few weeks ago, no response. I ordered the same watch through Amazon, just after Christmas. After a month Amazon refunded my money because nothing had been sent.

I ordered atlas world timer in blue and black. Took forever to come the tracking portal didnt update until I sent complaints. Order was placed first week in January arrived 2 week in February. Quality was not what I expected. I thought it was a small brand but I got a watch with a sticker on the dial instead of a functional piece in the center. It also had an omega logo like wtf.

Crappy quality watches. Impossible to return because emailing them is the only way to get a return ticket, and they don’t answer to your email.

I've been tracking my order (#3137) for the watches I purchased on 7 Jan, and I'm extremely concerned about the situation. After receiving the initial tracking ID, there were no updates for 7 days, with the courier company stating they were waiting for the parcel. Upon contacting Poedagar, I received a new tracking ID from a different company the next day. However, it's been 5 days since, and the courier company is still waiting for the parcel.

Given the circumstances, I'm convinced this is a scam. Fortunately, I used Amex for payment, and I'm in the process of initiating a refund.

Made my 3rd Order with Poedgar having had 2 previously great experiences! The watches were just as described and great value. However, my 3rd Order never arrived. Despite, many patient emails got only a email saying they knew there had been a problem with my order and they'd sort it out. Guess what they never have! Feel like I've been robbed! Will not be ordering again! Either the watches or my money back would be acceptable but don't think Poedgar care they've taken my money and run. Totally disgusted! Be warned!

I find their watches very good and keep time well. They are ridiculously cheap for what they are and are good value. Don`t expect a Rolex obviously but for the money good looking and no problems. Maybe I have been lucky but can only speak as I find. If you want something better pay more and get an Addies or San Martin, great watches. Look for the spec and try to get Saphire glass, solid links stainless steel and a good movement like a VH31, Miyota or Seiko NH 35 . Plenty out there at fantastic prices. Cadisen are very good too.

Stay away from this brand Hugo Poedagar!!!!!

Before I share you my nightmare about this cheat brand, please allow me explain the stupid trend these days.
1. Choose a fancy name, a fancy website and a decent marketing budget
2. Choose a random factory in hong kong or china and sign them for dispatching orders received
3. the brand through paid marketing sources will fool people and make them believe fake stories about the product
4. once you are trapped and bought the product you realize it is too late to either refund return so suck it up and throw the product as it is not worth using it

This is almost exact story about Hug Poedagar, I do not want to spend even single second the nightmare but right from the beginning everything this brand is promising is lie and the quality of this watch is horrible to the core. it is almost made of paper. i can send every single proof of what i am saying, PLEASE STAY AWAY

I've purchased several of Poedagar watches through Temu and I've had absolutely no problem with delivery or quality. These are NOT prestige watches, they do NOT rank wth Rolex, Omega or Breitling, so don't expect that. These are fashion watches and in that they excel. They are accurate time pieces and they look good on the wrist. Most cost less than £20 from Temu and Temu have always delivered on time. Also, Temu's returns policy is hassle free, if you have problems.

I ordered two watches on July 7th, and now it’s July 22nd, yet there’s still no sign of them. I received a Royal Mail tracking number, but when I checked the status, Royal Mail says they are still waiting for the package. This leads me to believe that it may not have been sent in the first place. Charge Back Incoming!!
Here is what it says on royal mail site...The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.

Absolute Junk – Stay Away from Poedager Watches!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to warn others. I bought a Poedager watch thinking it looked decent for the price. Big mistake. This thing is a perfect example of “you get what you pay for” – and even then, it’s overcharging.
Poedager is all about fake flash with zero quality behind it. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money.
They come from china, you can even get them from Shein much cheaper, but obviously the same crap.
The flimsy strap almost snapped when trying to take the plastic off! They feel and sound cheap! I laughed when I saw it!
DONT BOTHER!

I got this watch from Temu. It came in time. I really like it. It’s a simple watch. No complications just time day and date. What I wanted. A month since I received and work perfectly, look great to my test. I could easily adjust the strap size. Strap needs improvement. Keeps opening with little pressure.

This is a pure scam. They dropship it from China and the return costs are higher than the actual Watch itself. When you try to contact them there is no possibility at all

Always found these watches good for the price, I have several.
Unfortunately the last one I bought had no way of resizing watch bracelet ....or maybe I can't work out the new way to do it as they've changed it..used to be so easy...
Emailed them, they ignored me...

The watches look great in the photos, described as luxury which is beyond irony, once they arrive they're cheap Chinese crap. I bought one and when it arrived I pull out the winder to change the date and time. The winder fell off in my hand, the watch was light, flimsy and the so called leather strap was fake and cheap. I returned the watch to their London branch and asked for a refund. They ignore your emails, so beware cheap goods, and if they fall apart you get no response.
