The Pod was rescheduled twice when we…

The Pod was rescheduled twice when we needed to unload and cost us moving expenses when we could not unload when we were supposed to, we called to find out why and the holding facility never answered the phone and the lady helping us had to leave a message and never got back to us. We we’re charged twice for a delivery that did not happen and are hoping to get a refund for the undelivered POD!

PODS was easy to work with

PODS was easy to work with. The 16'x8'x8' unit provides significant storage space. We filled two of them.
The PODS container did cause some minor damage to our driveway. It was missing plastic pads and the metal caused some gouges.

Excellent service!

Everything from start to finish was like I expected due to the expectations set by the person taking my initial order.
All drivers were courteous and timely.
The communication overall was also excellent. This service as well worth it!
It made our move so much easier!

we had used Pods previously

we had used Pods previously, made some errors and learned from them. Previously we did not sign a form that did not ship our pod when expected. We did not check the web site often enough to verify certain actions. We did it all correctly with the recent loads
and two different pods going to two separate locations both went well. Thank you

We received amazing service

We received amazing service, the drivers delivering and picking up the POD were very clear on their arrival time and scheduling were very easy and the website was user friendly! Would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend using their services!

On time delivery, but fell short, just a little

The customer service at the beginning was very good because I was dealing with humans. It seems everything after placing my order was directed by a computer or AI, which I didn’t like. It made it difficult because it wouldn’t allow me to type what my issue is, but rather made me pick from subjects that didn’t apply to me, which also caused me some frustration. To be fair. My pods were dropped off and picked up as scheduled, and our order arrived on time. I hired professional loaders who secured my items and none of my things were damaged. The only downside was the container itself. It was rusty on the outside and inside and kind of dirty, especially the floor. Had I known that I would’ve got extra tarps to throw down before loading. The humans were the positive side of this whole exchange along with my items, not being damaged and arriving on time.

Everything was great I received the…

Everything was great I received the call from the drivers giving an ETA. We got it unloaded sooner that thought and I requested it to be removed 5 days sooner and no response.

Had office desk damaged and master…

Had office desk damaged and master bedroom dresser damaged, when I arrived in Idaho may 9 they told me pods could not brought to new house until June 4 , I got that changed to 5-19 then we emptied pods and the sat on driveway empty for 8 days before they could come pick them up.

No breakage loss.

We loaded the pod and locked it and sent our dishes, books, furniture and everything across the country, and when we unlocked the pod it looked just like when we locked it, and had almost no losses of dishes or glass on pictures, etc. The stuff in the pd didn't move around at all! Pickup and delivery of the pod happened on time and within the original windows of time estimated. We were very happy with the results of using PODS.
