I had a very hard time with the customer service getting in touch with the local store that delivered our unit. I took weeks to get a situation rectified and finally the 800 number people helped me because they tried over and over for someone to call them back from local and they never did

Renting a POD was significantly easier…

Renting a POD was significantly easier than using a moving truck for multiple days. The convenience of having it delivered right to my home and being able to load and unload at my own pace made the entire moving process much less stressful. It saved me from having to rush, coordinate truck return times, or deal with driving a large truck. Overall, a smooth, flexible, and stress-free experience. Highly recommend for anyone moving.

Good Service & Communication

Good service and communication. Driver John was friendly and made unit fit in area with limited access. First time using pods and good overall experience. Would definitely utilize their services again.

PODS ARE NOT SAFE FROM VERMIN/RODENTS

I was told the PODS were air tight and safe from vermin and bugs etc. My POD was locked and not opened for a year until our move day and it was totally infested with mice. We had to throw away two $4,000 brand new mattresses, two $800 dining room chairs and many quilts, sheets, pillows etc. Also a couch and loveseat were ruined. I would NOT recommend these PODS to anyone keeping them in their driveway. I should be compensated in some way but did not take the insurance.

Efficient & easy

Although my storage time period lasted longer than I anticipated, as I was unable to sell my condo in 11 weeks, being able to store my extra items in a Pod without schlepping car loads across town made the experience so much easier. The pickup and drop off were super easy, and the renewal with the charge to my credit card each month was worry free.

The only area of improvement I would suggest would be in communication. It seemed odd not to get an emailed notice from you each month before my rental renewed, and after I scheduled my pickup, I never got the notice the night before mentioning my pickup window. I got this message just a few hours before the actual window began, the morning of the pickup date. On one hand, it's nice to not get spammed with constant emails and reminders from a company I've contracted with, but a few more heads-up notices would have been appreciated, especially after the pickup was scheduled.

But overall, a great experience.

Drop off

calling, communicating time frame to arrival. However, today, I did not get notice that the driver arrived with my POD and dropped it off without notifying me!! I was waiting inside and wanted to direct the best location for the POD. My biggest disappointment

Unable to contact the local warehouse…

Unable to contact the local warehouse or anyone in the country. Had difficult in getting the zip code correct and in establishing a delivery date. Would probably not again use or recommend your company. The company was great 12 years ago but now not so much. The delivery drivers however were pleasant and efficient.

Driver awesome, CSU just okay

First, the really good - the driver Darren was awesome! He was so nice and friendly and great at his job. Their customer service is okay, but it's foreign so hard to understand. Also, if you move your pickup or transfer date, they don't tell you if it's even morning or afternoon until the evening before so that's very inconvenient for someone who's juggling so many items during a move.

We ordered these pods and they didn't…

We ordered these pods and they didn't ask where we were shipping them to, for a zip code or even for a city. We packed up two of them The two 16 footers and when I went to have them delivered they said they don't deliver to my destination. We had to unpack them and hire a moving company. Be very aware of these people. They didn't even offer me a refund a partial refund or anything. They said they would be nice about it and not charge me an extra $150 for canceling. 👀

The pod was clean

The pod was clean. It came on the day requested. It worked fine for my needs, however, pick up was a few days after I have emptied it, and I found out that they do not give refunds for any days that are still left on the monthly charge. it appears that the last month is not prorated if turned in early.

I had an amazing experience until the…

I had an amazing experience until the last driver redelivering the pod. He was very unprofessional. Said he couldn’t do things that I know he could since the previous driver did (ie placing the pod). He didn’t seem like he want to do his job. Came early with no notification and I wasn’t home which made me have to leave an appt early. All of the other driver were amazing. The gave premium customer service. Very professional and courteous. The were helpful, called me before arriving and was timely. I would use pods again it was very convenient. Though the bill/charges need to be better explained . That was another hiccup. It ended up costing me a few hundred dollars more.

Y'all keep trying to debit my card for no reason. I already returned the pod and you just keep trying to debit my card. I had to block you from getting any funds from my card.

Pods are great and very helpful

Pods are great and very helpful. My issue has been with being double charged for delivery and monthly expense. I was told they ran my CC to make sure it’s legit prior to charging me but yet charged me twice for same month and once pods were being delivered back to me they charged me twice for delivery. I had two pods they charged me for 4 pods. After pods were returned I was charged a 3rd time for another month in which I did not need or have the pods.
