Awful. No response to emails seeking to return product as they don't fit.

Really bad company. Avoid them. Ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong ones (a cheaper pair for a different foot problem). I emailed them to ask for a refund, and they gave me a returns address in China. I posted the shoes to this address, and they were returned to me 6 months later with a note saying address unknown. I then learnt that Podoways should've legally given me an address in Europe to return the shoes to. I emailed them about this, and they never responded. I emailed them at other times and got no response. I eventually threatened court action and got no response. I have lost about £40 for the shoes and £20 for the postage.

First of all we didn’t receive anything. Then after sending an email, they replied apologised for the delay and the order seemed to get back on track. Then they tried to delivered to the wrong address and simply closed the job. No contact to us or explanation. Emails don’t get answered. Our money is gone.

Commany has ghosted me. They have not responded to any email or message within the last week. Ordered two pairs of shoes in the same size. They arrivrd and nowhere near the same size. Shipping said I was to receive in 5 days. Took two weeks from China. Cannot start the return process if they do not respond to my email as customers are directed. Very deceptive and sketchy.

To avoid very bad quality

I purchased through the website podoways.com, which i now believe may be a ghosting/scam operation. I received shoes, too small. Returns requires you to contact a gmail address which is not responded to. The London address shown on the website looks fake.

SCAM WEBSITE. Marketed locally as using local postage, but when you need to return product you are given address in China with postage cost nearly price of product. They ignore emails when confronted with this deception. Product flimsy. Also received many phishing emails form different shipping companies leading up to receiving my order so no doubt my contact and payment details have also been compromised by this alleged company. BE AWARE

DO NOT BUY! EVERYTHING IS FAKE! BOUGHT ASICS AND THEY CAME AS FLIMSY SYNTHETIC WATER SHOES!!!!

They're a French drop shipping company, with a UK / Australian site. They ignore emails and when they do reply they are in French! Everything is shipped from China.
