Had an issue using the pod point for the first time since moving into a new house, spoke with Harvey who was extremely helpful very informative and friendly.
Managed to get the issue sorted quickly and efficiently.
We were very happy with the chaps who came today to install our replacement domestic charger. They were excellent in every way. However a very, very long wait between paying up front and the actual installation is just not acceptable. You need also to improve your communications.

Installation of my Podpoint Solo 3S tethered charger was completed very quickly and neatly. Power only off for 5mins and charger worked immediately at the end of installation. Very happy customer. Not a 5 star review because it wasn't free!

Jamella Venzon was extremely helpful in resolving the issue in relation to resetting my charger
I was in a complete panic having having lost control of charging ID3 from my phone. Spent a couple of hours investigating the POD site for restoring internet contact but did not succeed with any of the instructions. Eventually requested help direct from POD, Eric was very clear and patient investigating various angles. He kept me calm and eventually cracked the problem. I am most grateful.
I had reason to request a refund of my account balance after a change of circumstances and their response was extremely polite and helpful. My refund was processed immediately.
First class customer service. Thankyou
Engineer was very efficient and clean, arrived on time and explained how the pod works.
Jamella was very helpful, found out what the issue was to get the charger working again

Simple, easy installation. Advance communication was good and clear with respect to pre-installation requirements. The installation itself was neat and tidy and the installation engineer had a clear understanding of the constraints and positioned the charger with aesthetic balance in mind.

Call centre really informative of what needed to do to change ownership of ev charger. Followed up promptly with email to have the task done.
HUge thanks to the staff (Richard) who answered the call, the customer care i got was superb. There were attitudes of patience, kindness and understanding that were displayed during this incident.

Raymond Bacsafra was very helpful with his instructions to connect to Podpoint. However, I would say that PODPOINT should make their app more user friendly, in particular the way that if the customer changes their internet supplier then the way to connect Podpoint to the new wifi address is more user friendly.
The communication was so poor to set up the appointment. It took several occasions to chase confirmation. When I rang I was transferred twice and each time had to give the same explanation.
When the booking was finally made it was confirmed via email between 9-12 by 12.15 no one had turned up. Rang again and spoke to 2 different people and then finally (after being on hold for 15 mins) put through to Olivia who said she would get back to us. 45 minutes later again phoned and spoke to 2 different people and then on hold for 10 minutes and Olivia answered and was surprised the engineer hasn’t contacted us! When I came off the phone finally the engineer confirmed he was on his way. Had had been told he had an afternoon slot with us! He turned up at 2.11pm and left at 7.30pm!
We definitely won’t be recommending this company and also will contact Mini to advise them not to recommend either!
