Amazing through and through! The shops , the staff - all so brilliant at what they do! Shops are like walking into an aladdins cave , the staff cannot do enough to help you and their online presence/customer service is 5 star
I always buy items here and you can also build up points to get a free item!

Have got both the Audrey/Marilyn dress and the Elvis dress. The dresses are such good quality and they fit perfectly. They arrived safely and carefully packaged. The staff are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I bought my graduation dress at the Bury St Edmunds store and I have never been given such personalised and considerate service in a clothing store before. I was very self conscious and unsure about even wearing a dress but after the dedicated service and the perfect dress pick, I left feeling far more confident about myself than when I went in. I am so grateful for this experience!

My daughter wanted something different that made her feel like a princess for prom and boy did she get it :-) from the service and advice given in store to the final put together outfit! She was made to feel amazing in the Cambridge store with lots of advice and tips. She has now had her prom so I can share pics! She felt a million dollars in her dress and got so many compliments, standing out in the crowd :-) we will be back for more dresses!

Beautiful dresses I wear them to Elvis events every year and people cross the room and street to give me compliments.
The amount of attention from the staff at the Cambridge store makes you feel so special. The only problem is you want to buy everything xxx

Bought the Helsinki coat from the shop in Bury St Edmunds. What a shop! Lovely dresses. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Very helpful assistant, though she may have been the owner. I hope they increase their shoe range in 2 inch flare heels. I keep hoping...:)

This has to be my most favourite shop … the staff are amazing and really know there stuff, the whole shopping experience was just the best from start to finish and I felt fabulous leaving the shop in my new outfit and even better that the dresses are designed by the lady who owns the shop which I think makes it that bit more special , would give them 10 stars if I could

Outstanding customer service. Went in to look for a spring/summer dress with my wife and she was given undivided attention and the freedom to try on and make up her own mind. Very respectful and obviously, incredible dresses. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought the pink cadillac swing dress in size 20 fit amazingly and i have to say the quality is amazing and really ordered 10th April fast delivery was meant to between 14th - 16th April and arrived 11th really impressed 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered from here twice recently. First order went fine, item fit and I ended up keeping it. Tried to return the second order due to the items not fitting... Turns out they don't accept returns on belts... Don't believe I was made aware of this upon purchase. Return policy is rubbish, you only get 14 days compared to the standard 30 day return period of most companies. I'd recommend going to alternative companies to order this stuff, like Ro Rox who have the same sort of clothes but instead have a 30 day return policy. I now am £20 out of pocket for a belt I have no use for which I am annoyed about.

*Update* did offer to refund for the belt but it was too late as I'd already sent it

Amazing customer care. I received a call from the company and the young lady was genuinely interested in finding out more about my experience. I have never been more impressed with such outstanding customer service. My daughter loves her clothes too.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, not only are the clothes lovely, but the staff and owner are fabulous, and if you do ever find yourself needing customer service due to an emergency they are brilliant! they made a potential disaster a much smoother road for me and nothing was too much hassle! (I have not bought online from them but been in store many times)
