Password change impossible

Password change impossible. Contacted Pocketmags. They provided a solution, however it did not work. I reported that, and after that it has remained silent since.

Bought a magazine on my tablet, I was charged on my credit card, but I never got access to the magazine.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. I would be even more pleased with a graduated magnification (instead of two point) , and a more seamless download procedure. Great job!
