On good time as usual

On good time as usual.
Swiss army knives, make good presents, there's one for everyone, my adult daughters often remark on how often they used the scissors and nail file on their little Swiss army knives.

Amazing customer care

Really happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received. A mistake was made with my order and I received a very similar item but not the one I bought. I informed them and they were amazing. They send me the correct item and a return label to send the other item back. Really appreciate all their efforts, especially Kevin who went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Well packaged and prompt delivery

Well packaged and prompt delivery. I placed two separate orders on subsequent days and they were good enough to send them together, refunding me £2 for reduced p&p cost. Very good customer service!
