WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Tactics, Hostage Fees, and Broken Deadlines

Avoid PocketBank.net! They use classic "Bait and Switch" schemes to lure customers with fake rates and then change the terms once they have your money.

1. Systematic Rate Manipulation: I placed order #185302. Their calculator confirmed a specific payout rate for a deposit over 1,000 USDT. However, the moment they received my funds, they unilaterally reduced the payout. Their support claimed the "promo rate" only starts at 1,000 USDT—which is a blatant lie, as my deposit exceeded that amount, and their own website interface explicitly showed a minimum threshold of only 195.66 USDT.

2. Holding Funds Hostage: When I caught them in this lie using screenshots, they refused to honor the deal and demanded a 5% "refund fee" (~$50) just to return my own assets. This is predatory behavior—changing the contract after receiving payment and then charging a fee to cancel.

3. Breach of Service Agreement: Despite claiming a 72-hour limit for transfers, they have exceeded this deadline. It has been over 3 days since Dec 28, and they have neither processed the payment nor issued a refund.

This service is intentionally deceptive and completely unreliable. They manipulate small transactions for extra profit while holding customer funds in limbo. All evidence has been submitted to BestChange and legal authorities. Do not trust them with your money.
