Don't bank with these folks

I can’t help but feel that whoever wrote the previous positive review must work for this bank. I ended up with Pinnacle after another untrustworthy financial company, Nalupay, was acquired by them, without any notification to customers. I had even spoken with several customer service reps about refinancing, and of course, that option disappeared with the acquisition.

The customer service experience has been terrible. They are extremely rude and will call relentlessly if you’re even 1–2 days past your payment date. When they do leave messages, I’ve learned not to call back because the treatment is so appalling.

This was also a very problematic loan from a pet store, and Pinnacle has offered zero solutions. It’s a $1,200 loan with a 72-month term, and at this point, my only option is to save up to pay it off completely. I truly despise how they operate and believe they are the definition of predatory lending.

Pinnacle is just the absolute best bank…

Pinnacle is just the absolute best bank ever. I think of them not just as a bank, but also truly a financial partner. Most banks hold deposits indefinitely, Pinnacle gives you instant access to your hard-earned cash. Other banks have rude people who really don't know what they are talking about, and it can ruin very important arrangements for you. Pinnacle employees are intelligent and genuinely want to see you succeed. This is especially important when you own a small business, like us. Also, you have one specific person to work with. For us, it is the person who opened our account, Kate. I have always found reassurance that somebody there actually knows my name and is familiar with my situation and specific needs. So much so, that when she moved to a different branch, she was willing to bring us along and we stuck with her. This is worth way more than any fees they might charge, but they really don't charge much at all. Other banks charge fees for every little thing, even to transfer money between accounts. Pinnacle doesn't. Other banks treat you as if you are just another person with a problem. Pinnacle welcomes everyone with open arms and works with you to help solve your problems. They have the right idea in taking care of their customers. If your tired of being treated poorly, ditch those money-grabbers and take your banking business to Pinnacle. Seriously, you will thank me. I will never need another financial services provider. I am home! Thanks, PFNP! Now go open locations in every city!
