I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

Still not received my order after…
Still not received my order after ordering over 1 week ago??
Now being a offered a refund as they don't have my items in stock!!
Blaming our post code as being wrong is very unprofessional when we have Royal Mail delivering to my address every day.... Very Disappointing Service! If the post code was wrong which it isn’t your system shouldn’t accept my payment and order on a wrong post code! Just be straight to the point and say you mucked up my order and you now don’t have the stock?
Once again a very disappointing reply!!!

Hi Steven, You put in your post code incorrectly you are at a code ending Y and you input U that is why it has not arrived. The post office will have tried a delivery in the Redhouse ind Estate and not found you. We are trying our best to assist you. Taste the difference
I used to buy Twinnings and Yorkshire Tea to save a bit of money, but I have come back to PMD Tea. Exquisite flavours, sealed fresh in foil. Thoroughly recommend without hesitation

Regarding my recently 1 star bad…
Regarding my recently 1 star bad review, PMD contacted me and it appears my tea had got lost in the post and my e-mail to them ended up in spam. They sent out replacement tea that arrived three days later. Thank you great service. Would edit/delete previous review if I knew how to.

fantastic tea
I went to a restaurant in Manchester for afternoon tea & they had a range of PMD teas so I tried their planters afternoon black loose leaf tea with milk
It was really smooth & a really nice tea so I went online to PMD’s website & ordered the planters afternoon black tea bags to try them instead of ordering the loose leaf tea to see if they tasted the same & they do - they are just as nice as the loose leaf tea
If you like tea I would definitely recommend this company & I will definitely be ordering from them again.
