Excellent training

Instructors tried to understand my project's environment and to provide the targeted contents for our projects.

Fine, service is ok

I attended his PMP course a year ago. Duration 5 days and around 15 participants with different backgrounds and roles within the same company. Mike managed to get us all on the same level and created a great group dynamic. Hands on examples and excellents tips and tricks on break down an issue and how to best prepare for a big waterfall approach project.
I apply everyday elements from the course: from the 3 constraints to stakeholder management and the importance of (meaningful) meetings. Thank you Mike!

We had a two-day session on Agile project management with Mike. He is a very knowledgeable trainer with lots of experience and very good communication skills. I particularly appreciated how he was able to clarify why and when Agile/Scrum is a good option and, perhaps even more importantly, when it is not.
The practical advice on how to put agile into practice was also helpful, with lots of insights on the elements that make or break a project team dynamic.

This was my first PM training. For me it was excellent. I got a lot of information on different management styles. Mike has a great experience and deep knowledge.

Had the pleasure of doing the PMP prep course with Jorge! His extensive experience in Project Management as well as preparing aspiring PMPs has been hugely valuable to my preparation for the PMP exam, which I was able to pass on the first try!

Jorge is a great trainer with rich practical experiences. During our training he used lots of examples from his professional and personal life experiences to make sure the topics were well understood by the listeners. He knows how to engage the audience and makes sure the material he teaches is received and understood, which is great especially considering the vast topic. He also followed up on his students and made sure we got everything needed in order to pass the exam. I would definitely recommend Jorge to anyone interested in PMP certification.

Mr Romero was excellent during my training with him. He posses great communication skills with in-depth understanding of the project-management. He always linked each topic with real-life scenario thus deepening the participants´ understanding while leaving indelible impressions in their hearts and minds. In addition, he looks after his past trainees, once in a while, to ensure they are making progress. I would recommend him anyday.

I participated in Jorge's workshop and passed the exam without any problems afterwards. However, you should have a look into the script before and do some homework during the workshop (as it is recommended).

Customized training, well delivered and very practical

Extremely knowledgeable trainer, good presenter, flexible and open to suggestions/needs of course attendees. Through experiences (engineering) and diverse examples, Jorge proves easily that PMP principles works very well also in non IT projects. PMP exam passed on my first attempt with little additional self study.

PMP in a nutshell. A very good training that helps you to understand what to focus on when preparing to the exam.
