I bought a product from a fraudulent website. While purchasing, I did not create an account or agree to any membership. Despite this, I have somehow been signed up for a subscription that I cannot access or cancel, and they keep charging me every month.

I have tried calling them for hours, sent dozens of emails, and attempted to contact them through their website, but no one responds.

Do not trust this company — there is absolutely no customer support, and you will be ignored. I have no choice left but to report this to the police.

It's a rip off. You will not find what you want the only options is what ever they have to push out. I made my order of 2 products and it took exactly 14 days to be notified I could finally pick it up. As I followed it for two weeks the package took very long to be transported from the start. When I took a look at the webshop I saw there is a lot of products with 1 to a few more crowns cheaper than price without membership. Some products did have 2-5 Euros difference but having to pay such a large fee for random OUTLET products and on top of that a delivery fee for every delivery I find it to be a total ripoff.

Take long time to send the parcel until i complain to the credi card company

I ordered a product 45days ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve written 4 messages to the support and no reply. I’m currently in a telephone quecand still nr2 in line just as I was 40min ago.

They are charging me for something i don´t have any idea, they charge me before about some signature who i miss click, or miss accept, now they are charge me 2 times the same amount for what? i have no idea, every time i checked my bank account i found something they charge me. So i don´t recomend this store if want some peace.

This is the worst site ever used. No customer focus, impossible to get in contact with if you have any complaints.
Two hours in telephone qued as no 1 and no answer.

The way the connect membership to purchase and charge a fee every month is close to fraud.

This is a con, I have emailed and messaged this company several times to cancel membership. All correspondence is being ignored and they just keep taking £9.95 a month. The goods I got were priced fairly so I didn't mind them taking the first payment because it specifies it can be cancelled anytime but they don't cancel it.
27 /8/2025 latest update: After contacting my bank to help with this payment being taken Plusshop have refunded me one payment of £9.95 ,subscription has been cancelled

Scam!!
You become a member automatically and they charge you monthly with no notification.
Page does not work to cancel subscription and they do not answer the email.

Don't buy from them. They don't reply to the emails and their site doesn't work if you want to cancel the membership. And keep any evidence.

I ordered some batteries and did not see that I also bought a subscription, which I paid for for 2 months. And the batteries never even arrived.
Feels like a scam!

I am leaving 1 star not for the product or service but because once I purchased with PLUSSHOP it is continuously trying to charge my card. Please stop doing it as you are blocked already!!!
