I purchased an advent calendar. All items came individually but promptly. Written instructions can be downloaded but even better you can go on YouTube and watch a demonstration which was excellent.

Item never arrived. I would not have ordered if I knew Evri (Hermes) were used, company never even tried to deliver just sent my item back. Took ages to get a refund
