If I could rate zero stars
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This company takes your money… that’s it. I placed an order (#1205) in April 2024, it’s now June 2024, with no delivery. Countless emails sent with no reply. Countless phone calls made with no answer. Contacted the Better Business Bureau who had them with an F grade, and many similar complaints. Made a complaint with the BBB, but likely nothing will come of it. Hindsight is always 20/20, but I wish I checked their rating and reviews before throwing my money down the drain.

Tried ordering twice
Tried ordering twice, put in two disputes after waiting a month both times. I just figured that there was no other charging case I could find so perhaps this one was worth trying again. But I see that tons of others have had terrible experiences here too. DONT ORDER FROM PLUS CASES
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I received confirmation of my order immediately. I was told it would ship in 2-3 business days. But weeks went without delivery. I then received a e-mail that shipping was delayed but I would be receiving soon. The case was never delivered. The customer service phone number is not in service. I have given up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Fraudulent Company
I’m reporting this company as fraud. I placed my order over a month ago. The customer service phone number is invalid and I’m getting no response through email.
No response from customer service
I have emailed them twice about the manufacture warranty of my plus case. No response whatsoever.
My case stopped holding on to the charging cable (it would just fall out!) 6 months after I bought it.
Poor product & even poorer customer service.
Ordered and was billed for a charging…
Ordered and was billed for a charging cases in November 2023 and gotten absolutely no response ! Sent multiple emails and phone calls and no one responded ! SCAM - Credit Card company gave me a refund !
Terrible!!!
Terrible!!!! I’m still waiting on my order from October. No response from customer service. Phone number doesn’t work.
Case adapter broke off within months
Case adapter broke off within months, rendering the charger useless. Contacted plus cases by email several times, no reply at all. This company does not honor their guarantee, and does not have any customer service. Do not buy.

On October 17th I purchased a power bank for iPhone 15. The amount of 115 dollars was promptly charged to my credit card. To date I still have not received anything but, above all, I have sent reminders and requests for information on the delivery of the product several times without ever receiving any response. the fact is very serious because in addition to not having the product and having already paid for it, I don't even know the situation. the behavior is very incorrect and I also reserve legal action for my protection
Plus cases what’s wrong?
The company keeps advertising and offering discounts but have not fulfilled anything except a wall charger.
Might be time for a welfare check !
Rip Off
They take your money by credit card and do not ship you a product. They do not answer the phone nor the emails.
Zero stars to these crooks
Would give zero stars to these crooks. Paid for a iphone battery case. Recvd confirmation email. Sent email after 2 weeks asking for status. Recvd one response of shipping delay but would be sent following week. Never got the item after 4 months. Never respond to emails and phone support goes directly to automated answer.
This company has no credibility
This company has no credibility. I am still waiting for their response to my request that I made more than two months ago. They do not respond to repeated emails or phone calls. Their customer service is very bad. I have very regretted dealing with them and I am in a situation now where I did not receive my order and I was not able to return my money. What a sadly failed company.
Case would not charge
Case would not charge. Error and conflict indicating wet connection from phone (apple item). Contacted Plus Cases they said would send replacement. Waited patiently and no replacement sent.
I ordered a case from them for my…
I ordered a case from them for my husband. It worked maybe 2 months. I have been contacting them since 7/23 and no response from them for a warranty replacement. Not a word from them and that was a lot of money I spent.
This entire company is a SHAM
This entire company is a SHAM! They take your money off your credit card, never answer the phone, if your lucky enought to have them answer your 12th email you send them, they lie and don't do what they tell you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, you will be scammed!! READ the reviews everywhere, they all say the samething. CON COMPANY
Inferior product and terrible customer Service
Don’t know if anyone else experienced this, but I believe the Plus Cases iPhone 14 Pro max wireless battery charging case (10,000 mAh) I bought has damaged the chips and magnetic strip on all my credit cards. I really think its the culprit. Never experienced this until I started using the battery case. In addition i had to threaten to report to the US authorities before I received my order after waiting for over a month.
Week 3 with no phone case for my iPhone…
Week 3 with no phone case for my iPhone 13 Max. Same results as others: called only to get the COVID excuse and no responses from emails.
