I received the item

I received the item. After seeing online reviews, I thought this might be a fraudulent company, so I filed a refund claim through PayPal. I even received a refund for the item. However, I still wanted to pay them. They told me to send the same amount to the PayPal account. I sent the money, and the transaction was completed fairly.

They might be cheating others — I don't know the facts — but in my case, it was a fair deal. So, in the spirit of loyalty and trust, I sent the money.

Would choose 0 stars if I could, I ordered an item and it said it would arrive in 7 to 12 days, 19 days later and it still has not arrived, scam.

No delivery after paying

I bought some stuff from them since October 30th and till now nothing have been delivered,I contacted the delivery company they using and told me they got my package with them since the 8th of November and they will deliver to me before Friday. Today is December 1st and when I contacted them they want me to file a missing package when they never delivered my package. Very bad experience,will need my full refund because I guess will not get any package even if they say they sent another.

The pre-purchase support at Plusbuyer was excellent especially as I asked many questions in order to make a decision. Having decided and paid, I was very pleased to see the goods arrive in Spain 5 days later with no customs problems, confirming their system of the seller paying duty worked perfectly. Ordered a laptop from them

Ordered a laptop from them, I paid $51 for DXL shipping. It was supposed to arrive in 5 to 10 days. Not only did it not arrive, they never shipped it. I contacted them 3 or 4 times and they still never contacted me back. They are fraud and unprofessional. I will be reporting them as a fraudulent company and getting a full refund back.

I order 2 cell phones they started to send me emails about what phone company i carry....then i got another email saying the cell phone were out of stock. They told me 2 business days I will get the refund back....I told them if I don't see my money in my paypal account Im going to do dispute thru my bank....I have all the proof and i screen shot everything....so I hope they dont play with my money...

This company is the worst i have ever…

This company is the worst i have ever encountered as they sent me the wrong unit for my car and then said they will refund me in full but i have had excuses for 4 months for refund first was a problem with customs so say trade war then after 7 emails they respond with the reason I have waited so long is because they can afford the customs fees !!! Joke so they asked if the can deduct the fee from my refund and on top of that I still have to wait till next month for a reply this is day light robbery i erge everyone to avoid this company like the plague not expressed want my money

I'm rather surprised at some of the …

I'm rather surprised at some of the negative feedback here and I can only comment on my own experience.

I received a huge amount of help recently from PlusBuyer when I was having problems with a cctv camera. Their engineers took the trouble to try remote fault-finding - for many hours! Not something the average UK company would do and made all the more difficult because translation was required. The 8 hour time difference was fine for me but they were clearly working into the night.

I had to return the camera but the refund process was faultless and went straight to my PayPal account. In my naivety I'd failed to use a tracked system to return the parcel, relying on proof of postage alone so it took longer to reach China.

I'd say this is a genuine company with customer service above and beyond anything I expected.

faulty item

Bought a reading mouse from here for my mum as she is registered blind and her old one had given in .
When it arrived it was faulty I contacted them to get a returns address and still have not been given it .
They asked instead for me to video the fault and send it to them on an email .
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Still waiting for return address and I can see me losing the £50 I paid

Not worth the hassle

I ordered the Conquest S6 Smartphone from Plusbuyer. However the color I ordered was not available (contrary to the website) and I ended up with a different version. Also, on the website it says in the description that the phone comes with a wireless charging pad. I did not receive the wireless charging pad and when contacting Plusbuyer about this, the response was "The Conquest S6 don’t have the charging pad as description on our website. Please check it." -Tom Lau. I also chose the more expensive and quicker shipping method of 3-5 working days. However, I received the product in 10 days . Overall, very unsatisfied, would definitely not recommend this wholesaler.

Completely dodgy electrical supplier based in China

Stay away from this company.

As a business we needed a cheap but reliable CCTV upgrade. We chose a 32 channel DVR system with 20 or so dome cameras. The price was fantastic compared to other companies.
Yes I realised there would be a few quality issues but when you buy things you expect them to work. The cameras work fine but the DVR recorder just made a crackling sound with sparks coming out of the back. 2 poxy months on and the company have been an absolute nighmare to deal with. Seeing as they are in China you can only email them which can take them anything from 2 days to a week to respond and even then you dont get a clear response so you have to email back to clarify and then wait again for the response.

I would tread very carefully when seeing cheap electricals from China as this company is offering. They will take your money and they know full well that there is nothing you can do to them if it all goes wrong
