Great shopping experience

Ordered from Plus 44 a bunch of times, clothes always came great quality and usually arrived early in the shipping window. The few times clothes didn't arrive or arrived after shipping window customer service was quick to help sort and refund.

Plus44 Negative experience

A friend of mine ordered a Silverstone varsity water bottle for me, as a gift. Since I'm living outside of the UK/US, the delivery needed to go through a customs clearance process. Plus44 never sent me, nor my friend who paid, an invoice for the product, which was essential for the customs clearance, resulting in a negative experience, long delays and many emails with the delivery company. In the end, I didn't even get my gift. I'm furious with the customer support (it's basically nonexistent) and the lack of necessary documents.

Didn’t receive order

Ordered, didn’t hear anything for almost 2 weeks. I had to chase up myself, they responded saying they couldn’t fulfill my order and it was out of stock. It was in stock when I ordered. Very disappointed!! Especially as I had to chase up myself. Only got 2 stars as my refund was processed quickly. Looking at the other reviews this is a common occurrence

Order the same merch from more reputable stores

So disappointed in my experience with Plus44. I ordered from the Silverstone collection for my brother's birthday. I saw it said 6-7 week delivery time, but didn't specify an actual date. I looked a couple of weeks later and it still said the same delivery lead time on the product page, and there was no update on my order.
I noticed on the F1 store that you could buy the same product with dispatch the next day. I was confused, so I reached out to the customer service team at Plus44 and they said it would be 6-7 weeks from my order date. I cannot understand how other retailers can send you the products from this store significantly more quickly.
I asked them to cancel my order, to which they swiftly replied that there are no cancellations. All sales are final and there are no refunds. I was horrified at this response, which also seems to be against Trading Standards in the UK? These are not customised items, it doesn't even sound like the products have been produced yet. I challenged the customer service team and they ignored multiple emails thereafter. I have not heard from them again.
I raised a dispute with my credit card company and have managed to get my money back. I ordered from the Official F1 store and got the same T-Shirt 2 days later....
Still cannot quite get my head around the lead times. Nor can I understand the no refunds or cancellations policy. Customer service is non-existent and I honestly cannot believe that Lewis Hamilton is associated with this business. This experience has left my with a bad taste in my mouth....not protecting your customers and fans feels, dare I say, greedy? I so wanted to support Lewis and Mission 44 directly but I won't bother in the future.

We’re really disappointed we left the…

We’re really disappointed we left the Silverstone concert early (without being able to re enter) to visit +44 store at Silverstone which was advertised 10-10pm as advertised to be turned away. Please don’t advertise to be open at a certain time if this isn’t the case we’ve missed out and are now separated from our group of friends tonight ;(

Delays, missing items, zero customer service.

I feel the need to open this by saying - I LOVE Lewis, but shopping with this brand is a horrific experience.

I’ve placed three orders over the past few years. Every time there has been an issue, from receiving the wrong size to the wrong colour to something just not arriving at all.

Getting your money back is impossible. A replacement also isn’t on the cards.

Customer service don’t reply and the times they have you’ll get an incredibly generic boilerplate message.

I’ve had to raise a dispute via PayPal for an item I ordered in March but never received. I would say avoid at all costs.

Top customer service

Fast delivery! Unfortunately my shirt arrived damaged, but the shipping bag was undamaged. Complaints were easy and very courteous. Money was refunded, I ordered again. Shirt otherwise very well made, high quality, very nice. Always happy to buy again! Thank you 💜 44

Very disappointing

I ordered an item for my son, who is a massive f1 fan. Order took forever to arrive. When queried I was given a very direct response from customer service. Ok, so I was patient.
The product arrived, quality is not great and artwork also wasn’t of high quality, considering the price paid and the sizing was very generous. I wanted to see if I could change for a different size. Absolutely not, was given a ‘copy and paste’ from their FAQs stating basically they do nothing but accept payment for orders.
Very disappointing customer service, quality and price paid. It’s such a shame this is a LH company who I thought had higher values.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!

Complete scam

I struggle to believe that this company has any association with Lewis Hamilton at all. I ordered a shirt on the 3rd of May and Fedex have admitted losing it. They were a nightmare to deal with but at least they replied! I've sent numerous emails and tried to contact PLUS44 by their social media and I've not had one reply. I see by the reviews I'm not the only one either! I have no choice but to get my bank to help me.

Lost order

My order has been lost by FedEx, so I contacted this company about my problem, as they say on their website. It has been a month and I still recieved NO response after sending them various requests and emails. I am very dissapointed, since I do not have the product, nor do I have my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam

I placed an order for this very cool looking clothing but nothing...

Nice and quick!

I have ordered from them twice now, and both times have been exceptionally fast. Granted I live very close to one of their shipping locations, but still! Quality is definitely average and nothing special. T-Shirts do have a unique neckline that I like, but I am not sure if it is entirely worth the price. Will still enjoy purchasing from this brand to rep Mr. 44 himself!

Didn’t receive my order

I’ve ordered a T-shirt on august the 25th and a label was created for it and never actually shipped, the tracking details show this. I contacted the company and I’ve had no response and it’s been 2 weeks, on there website it states they will get back to you in 48 hours do not believe this.
