I had to pay for international shipping even though website said it would be free after spending 200E. I emailed, and received one email back that was not helpful.
On top of that, a $55 duty had to be paid before delivery. So my sale items, turned out to be very expensive. I do love the shirts. But, at this point I'd say their customer service is really horrible. I'd recommend buying when in Portugal and do not buy online.

In all fairness, having been notified of, and received, refunds for my previous unsuccessful purchases, last week I finally received one of three t-shirts I had used the refund cash to order in the first week of August. That was not enough, however, to persuade me to trust the company, that continues not to have engaged with my customer experience, nor to cease to share that experience with friends, including a shopowner who had followed my suggestion to start importing from Portuguese Flannel. It’s a shame, since I still admire the garments, but I guess that’s one for Oporto over Lisbon.

Bought some shirts, polos and sweatshirts while visiting Porto! Beautiful products, but just three stars because of their online shop! Every time I ordered, the order was cancelled. Maybe they don't wanna ship to Germany. Meanwhile, I unsubscribed from their newsletter and will never order again... very disappointed

I placed an order from the USA, and have followed up 3 times via email to inquire about the status. It’s been almost two weeks since I placed my order and haven’t received it nor have I received an email response providing the status or reason for the delay.
While I like the brand and their clothes, international orders handling may not reflect the quality of their products.

I was waiting to leave a review because I still haven’t received my product. It’s been stuck in customs for over a week. I sent an email to your info@ address but haven’t heard back. I’d just really like some sort of update on when I can expect my parcel. I loved my experience when I went into your store in Lisbon.

Completely Unreliable:
I placed an order for three t-shirts. After I hadn't heard anything for a week, I contacted them by email to find out what the status of my order was. A week later they hadn't responded to my email. So, I tried the chat function. After half a day there was no response to my chat. When contacting them via Insta, I got an automatic reply saying I should send an email. Meanwhile I still have no idea.
I really try to be sensitive to cultural differences and I don't want to impose my Northern European punctuality on the tenderhearted Portuguese, but I find that this level of service trancends any cultural difference. Really bad. Take the money and run, they seem to be thinking.

I tried to return products because they didn’t fit. I emailed the returns team twice and heard nothing so can’t return products and have been left with them as no telephone number to contact. Very poor service

Saw a T-shirt I liked: €85. Pricey? Yes. But I was ready to treat myself.

Entered my French address — price instantly jumped to €100 !

“Ah,” I thought, “must include shipping.”
Nope. Shipping was another €15.

Final price?
€115 for one T-shirt !!!
At this point, I wasn’t buying a T-shirt — I was funding its European tour.

Designed in Lisbon”, they say.
At that price, I was expecting it to be stitched by fado singers under the moonlight.

Cancelled the order. Cancelled the brand.

Extremely fast delivery, honestly shockingly fast. Love this brand, I stumbled into their store in Lisbon a few summers ago and wear their corduroy pants very often so I had to get another pair, and then picked up some additional items which I love. Will be shopping with them again soon!

As always super chuffed with the design of the clothing/apparel of +351 and the service is next to none!

I love, LOVE the designs & colors of the shirts. The quality of fabrics & how the shirts are made is the BEST! I REALLY like that the designs are limited, created in Lisbon and that the production is in Portugal! International shipping was quick & tracking was right on. Customer Service is very poor, they don't answer emails or if at all you get unhelpful answers and often you have to push them for an answer. Ordering from the UK was a nightmare. They shipped wrong size which I had to pay £50 to return. My last order has still not arrived, after almost a month! I will file a complaint in their complaint book. Avoid!
