Doctor Contino, he made me two fillings, on 12/21/2022
One of them exactly the third molar on the right side of the bottom of my mouth. That filling was a little high.
So, on 1/27/23 I went by appointment again to see Dr. Contino, he did not work that day so Dr. Zeneyda Alcequiez attended me, the reason for that medical visit was to reduce just that little bit of filling. The
Dentist Zeneyda Alcequiez, without prior explanation of what she would do to me, began to reduce the molars on the opposite side of my mouth, when I realized I raised my hand to try to warn her that it was not that side, she responded rudely saying “filing a tooth is just like filing a nail, you can calm down” then she went to the right side, which was where I felt the high bite from the beginning. She lowered the molars on that side as well, exposing the dentin of several of my teeth on both sides, now I have tooth pain, on both sides, also jaw pain because I can't chew because my lower molars no longer make contact. There is a space that prevents crushing food, I can only eat bland food, my bite has also changed noticeably, in the same way that is preventing me from pronouncing some words well. I have had to go to other dentists for second evaluations and opinions and they all agree that my molars are very lowered and cannot be fixed because their natural enamel has been removed, they only recommend dental pastes and rinses to desensitize the teeth. Due to this bad practice, I have irreparable damage to my teeth. Office manager Daniela says they’ll help me with this problem and I am still waiting

This is complete bul***t and brought me to tears that I'm left with a loan and no help or with what I was promised! Avoid at all costs.
I don't recommend
I live in Switzerland and I had the first 3D scan visit in St. Gallen, after which I start with the treatment and the thing that amazes me is that everything depends on you, there is no one who follows you, I continue to pay monthly for something useless, for half a year since I started treatment elsewhere and every month I have a dentist appointment to see how everything is going, obviously I have to keep paying for something that hasn't helped me, I don't recommend!
Dodgy and not trustworthy company
Doggy and not trustworthy company. I am waiting for my retainers now. I never leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience.
The intake and information was given in ducth/english and at NO POINT of the process I was informed that I was to set up an automated debit myself and that I will receive an email from another company to do this.
I signed up for my treatment being 1290 EUR to pay in 12 months. Nobody told me you will receive an email in GERMAN, from a German company call ZAB with not name or connection to PlusDental to set up an automated debit As I was not aware of this and I don't speak German or Dutch I missed the email. Waiting for the treatment to be deducted from my card (like any other honest service which requires your payment in advanced)
After 4 months I was contacted by a 3rd company from Germany "Creditreform" to paid them 1600 EUR within a week!!!!! Every week that passed they asked me for more money! The emails I received were treating me as a criminal owning money. Horrible experience!!? Tried to contact Customer support of PlusDental and they totally turn their back saying that Creditform was dealing with the payment now because I was late. I emailed ZAB to settle the total payment of 1290 EUR (on the 4th month) and they said I had to deal with CreditForm now. The employee from Creditform - Alexander...send me the most unprofessional emails and they only gave me option to settle the 1690 EUR "debt" via PayPal or paying cash in 3 offices in Germany!!! I was sold the product in AMSTERDAM!!! Dirty business money laundry, whatever that it. You might be lucky or you might get F.....
I even paid for my retainers extra 99 EUR and I hope they arrived.

Everything over the last year has been great. I never realised how bad my teeth were until they showed me how good they could look. I really wish I could attach before and after photos so you can see for yourself what a difference it has made. I smile in every photo now. It has taken a year as my teeth were bad but it's the best thing I have ever done. And I still have my natural healthy teeth. Cleaner than ever as they don't overlap any more.

Dear Plusdental, I shall have in total 4 set = 8 week treatment. I have received till now 6,5 set and only 3 set are correct. The rest are all mis-produced and could not fit in my teech whatever. My treat has been prolonged very much because of the wrong prodution. I sincerely request my set 4 (correct production please) to arrive as my set 3 is with me for 3 weeks!

The progress was good, but it is literally impossible to reach them for months when I need help to get my retainer.
Despicable, stay away
If I could rate this company with negative stars I would. Disgraceful customer support. No one picks up the phone or answers emails. No follow through on the delivery of products I am paying monthly for, no information about when they will come, no way to see in your account the schedule of delivery (this is an aftercare subscription). They only care about your money going to them. The one time I did get an email reply (those were the days!) they didn’t even answer my question properly so was not helpful or seemingly knowledgeable about anything, and my request for clarification as well as subsequent emails have been unanswered for months. I’m going to stop my payments in the hope that gets their attention, if writing a bad review doesn’t because this seems to be the last resort - if “Charlotte” who’s responding to these reviews actually does ask for contact details, or whether it’s just another front to keep up pretenses that anyone actually still works here. Initially things were going ok (other than the weird excuse they had for the fact that my lower teeth couldn’t be straightened because of my bite, which is now worse BECAUSE the bottom ones are still crooked and so I don’t trust them at all) but I don’t know what happened, seems this company is struggling, stay well away and don’t bother investing in them with your time or money. DON’T DO IT. I mean it, they are horrendous. They’re not getting a cent more from me until they reply to my messages or send what I’m paying for. They have no customer value principles whatsoever, literally don’t care about you at all. A completely unprofessional, useless excuse for a business.
Not as good as advertised
So I've been using PlusDental aligners for almost 2 months now. I would like to share my honest review about it if you're considering going into such treatment.
1st, the aligners are very annoying, not as smooth as they advertise. Everytime you need to eat or even drink a coffee for example, you have to take them out.
2nd,they get dirty and smelly very quickly. You will notice every time you take them out that there's a bad smell coming from them, and cleaning them is easy, but they get dirty very fast again.
3rd, it's disgusting that you have to take them out everytime you eat. Think of when you go out with friends, or when you are invited to a dinner with your colleagues, you always have to take them out and there's no where to put them (unlike permanent braces where you just keep them in).
So eventually, yes the treatment is going good. I already see that my teeth are getting in shape, but the idea behind transparant braces/aligners is not very much comfortable with all the obstacles I've mentioned above.
So think well before you get them.
No support, cracked retainer, took 3x longer
The retainers work but:
- They're not very accurate. I needed refinement retainers and even those didn't give me the result I wanted.
- Evaluations are not done in person, but via an app. It's very hard to take pictures that really show the position of the teeth.
- There is almost no customer support. No one picks up the phone and emails are left unanswered. When trying through Dr.Smile, they say they have no access to existing PlusDental customer data so they're left to their own devices. (Great business continuity!)
- One retainer cracked despite storing and cleaning it as advised
- System failure which meant my refinement retainers weren't sent. Because of this fault, I got a voucher code for a free maintenance retainer. Ordered that, but never got it, I only got a payment request email with the full amount.
The system of at-home retainers work for small corrections, but if you have the money go to Invisalign or a proper place with real people making tailored decisions.

I got in touch with them to ask information about the aftercare treatment + teeth whitening since I was about to finish the treatment, I got told this could be delivered immediately after ordering.... But I am here, almost 2 moths after, many emails and 2 hours in the waiting line on the phone and no solution.
Beyond disappointing. WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At leats for a refund!

It works
After having brackets for 8 years a long time ago, after my treatment was complete my front teeth moved back to an unaligned position. This bothered me for a long time. After doing the 3D scan and finding out I could have them back in order without the hassle of old-school and slightly painful treatments I decided to go for it - and I am very happy with the result. My teeth looks like they told me it would be.

All of you leaving a review via invitation are completely clueless to what you are getting yourself into. How can you rate a company if you have not completed your treatment yet? Wait until you get ignored by the customer service for many weeks both via phone and email and wait until you don't get what was promised with the 3d scan. This company is pure amateur with zero customer focus. They stop caring about you after you pay and leave your "super positive reviews". Open your eyes.

Intake was very efficient
Intake was very friendly, efficient, and professional. One comment is that the people doing the intake cannot comment on "real life" end results, as these are not visible to them. Perhaps an opportunity to improve the process (have regular reference pictures made available etc)? The treatment itself still has to start so cannot yet comment on that part of the experience.

A visit to the dentist
Early in the morning I went with my girlfriend to the dentist, I was a little bit scared to take this step so she went with me for mental support.
At the dentist I registered myself and took place in the chair. They started with a 3D scan of the tooth and afterwarts they messured some stuff.
After the scan they took pictures of my tooth and putted those into my personal register.
A day later my plan of threatment was ready.
Everything went well and I am ready to take on the challenge for more healthy teeth.

Easy to make appointment online. Plus Dental is located in a dentist office and a dentist will make your 3D scan. Listens to your wishes and comments, and makes the scan by with a “pen” instrument that makes photos resulting in an image onscreen. Reassuring dentist, comfortable ambiance.
