I researched a lot of companies with plunge tubs and decided on Plunge due to their being clearly the best product on the market but also their exceptional offerings with warranty, white glove delivery, ease of navigating their website, great interest rates and their amazing customer service after I called to ask 101 questions. I swear I called 10 times and each time the rep was so patient with my questions. I purchased a tub and it delivered in about 10 days! The tub itself is perfection and everything they claim it is. I couldn't be happier and am now waiting for their next sale to get a sauna!

I absolutely love my cold Plunge and use it everyday. A few issues I had where I ordered my Plunge back in October of 2024 though. When my order was delivered, both my tub and chiller were incorrect. Within the next year and a half, I went through 4 chillers. However, I give credit where credit is due that Plunge's customer support helped me out and made sure everything was taken care of.

I've had the Plunge All In for almost a year now and can't imagine going back. I used to do ice baths 2-3x per month after a hard workout and loved the recovery benefits, but every time it felt like a mini mission setting it up.
The process is so seamless with the Plunge that my wife and I use it several times each week. I thought we would use it just for recovering from workouts, but its surprisingly refreshing in the relentless South Florida heat.
We're all spending more time outside enjoying our backyard and our 3 boys (9, 6, and 3) even love hopping in it.

I placed my order on Wednesday, March 24, 2026, about four hours before the business closed, and shortly afterward learned from my doctor at the Department of Veterans Affairs that a cold plunge was medically unsafe for me due to multiple surgeries and ongoing complications. I called to cancel by 8:30 AM the next morning and spoke with Tammy, before the sales department opened, and was informed that the order fulfillment had NOT begun, yet I was still charged a 5% fee ($432).
As a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income, this cost is significant.
This review has been submitted to multiple platforms, including Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, Reddit, and Sitejabber. I will also be contacting veteran organizations—including DAV, Wounded Warrior Project, and Paralyzed Veterans of America—as well as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and the VA Patient Advocacy Office to share my experience.

I love my plunge All-In hot/cold. I've had it for over a year now and use it daily. It has become a huge part of my daily routine and critical in my recovery from physical injuries.

Product malfunctions every few months, already had multiple parts and an entire chiller replaced. When you email them with issues they are extremely responsive, but just give you an endless list of ways for you to try and repair it yourself. Spend thousands of dollars to try and perform your own repairs lol

I purchased my all-in Plunge in November 2024. I was initially concerned that my dedication to plunging would fade over time, like my cross-country ski machine, for example.
At the outset, I found daily usage difficult at 45 degrees for 4 minutes, but when I moved to 55 degrees at 4 minutes, I was hooked.
I’m in my seventies and I have found the boost to my mental clarity and the improved mobility of my joints (knees in particular) very useful. I play a fair amount of racquet sports and I find my daily plunge a key element in maintaining my game.
My devotion to my Plunge tub is such that I really miss my morning dip when I’m on vacation.

After HATING cold water until 12/31/2024, by a week later I ordered my Plunge Air and within a week have been Cold Plunging for 3-4 mins 300+ days a year and I love it. I couldn’t have done it without Plunge. They helped me when anything was unexpected and have honored their warranty to ensure uninterrupted refreshment. I recommend them to anyone serious about plunging — I dont know how I lived without my Plunge!
