Plumpingpatches plumpinglips plumping…

Plumpingpatches plumpinglips plumping skin… I think theyre only still on business because noone can find their actual name to see if its a scam or not. Two orders, one arrived and was cheap knock off that stopped sticking in a day, the other order never arrived… ever… almost a year of back and forth generic email replies. Complete scam.

If I could rate this company no stars then I would.
I purchased an item in September for £24. It is now the end of December and despite many emails to customer services and their promises that they would 'look into it', I have no item and no refund.

The sent me a tracking number but it was 'not recognised'. Apparently they sent out another product but the tracking number for this was also 'not recognised'. This replacement never turned up either.

Unfortunately their customer service isn't a service at all.

It appears they delay you with constant promises to get things sorted but seems like once they have your money, all communication and care ceases.

I am taking advice regarding this (the Consumer Rights Act 2015) but in the meantime, please do not waste your money and purchase from this website.

A Disappointing Experience: Unresolved Order Issue Since September 22

I placed an order on September 22, filled with anticipation for the product I was eagerly looking forward to. However, my experience with the company has been far from satisfactory, leading me to share my frustrations.

It has now been three weeks since my last communication with Zyra, the customer support representative. Despite her assurances and apologies for the delays in resolving my order issue, I find myself in a frustrating situation with no concrete solution in sight.

The lack of transparency and updates regarding the shipping status of my order is disheartening. In my recent email exchange with Zyra, I emphasized the urgency of the matter and my dissatisfaction with the prolonged delay. Unfortunately, the responses have not provided any substantial information or resolution plan.

The absence of a proactive approach to address the issue, especially given the extended period since I placed the order, is highly disappointing. As a customer, I expected a more efficient and customer-centric process to rectify the situation.

I have urged for an escalation of the matter within the organization and insisted on a swift resolution. However, the continued wait for an updated tracking number without any tangible progress is both frustrating and unacceptable.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I hope that by sharing my feedback, the company takes the necessary steps to address and rectify these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and a more transparent communication process.

Tone deaf customer service

I purchased two of these as stocking fillers. Unfortunately, they never arrived despite the courier Evri saying the items had been delivered and providing a picture of a door and a person receiving the item which wasn't me or my front door. The PP company were tone deaf to my emails and advised me to bring up my issue with Evri. In the end had to contact my credit card company for a refund. Unbelievably, I then received several emails from PP asking me to rescind my refund dispute again claiming Evri has delivered the items. Fraudulent couriers are an issue but the consumer pays the company in good faith to deliver the items so with this whole situation please be aware that the customer service is poor. Based on my experience of trying to get a refund, I doubt anyone ever receives a 30 day money back refund either.
