Quality purchase and great customer service!

My experience with Plum was the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced. To be honest i dropped the ball of not exactly knowing when the ring would be shipped. I was expecting the ring on the 3rd or 4th of the month to propose to my girlfriend on the 5th. After reaching out, the set delivery date was on the 8th. After communicating my situation, Plum made it happen! Very generous and honest response. I love that the escalating is not done by automated messages. My experience was very personable and great. Plum took care of me to make sure I was able to make my proposal day happen in time! Definitely would and will recommend!

My ring is more than what I could have imagined. First off it was affordable! Second the quality of customer service care and communication i received can't be matched by any other company. If I had a question, I sent an email and i had an answer within the hour. Real stone, real people, and real special moments to come. I would recommend Plum diamond to everyone that's willing to listen. Thank you for making the ring of my dreams.

I had a great experience with ordering an at-home try-on engagement ring kit with Plum Diamonds. I received 4 rings + various (CZ) stones that came in a nice box with a personalized note and a ring sizer, alongside an email with details on all of the rings and stones. I had a couple of additional questions about them and customer service was quick to answer them. All the rings came in a standard size 7. You could definitely tell that the stones were cubic zirconia, but this kit really helped me discover what style, karat, size, etc. I preferred.

Returning the kit was really easy since a prepaid lable was included. I ended up deciding on a more non-traditional ring, but I never felt pressured to purchase from Plum Diamonds after I returned the kit, which I really appreciated.

I have tried a couple of other kits from different companies, but this one has been my favourite experience.

I wasn't sure what cut I wanted or what carat I wanted the diamond to be and the kit was absolutely perfect for finding that out!!!

I have to say that I only give reviews when it’s worth it and it was WELL WORTH IT!

The team was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and more. I had no idea about the process/what I needed to do. I explained my vision and they made it a reality. The ring came out better than I expected and I couldn’t be happier. Kristy and Renee were extremely responsive and tailored the full experience to my needs. I would 100000% recommend. Will be back to get more!

Plum’s website was clear and had lots of setting and ring options, which made picking out the perfect ring easier. The shipping was smooth and convenient. Plum’s staff were communicative over email. And most importantly, my now-fiancée absolutely loved the ring!

I ordered an emerald cut diamond md had it put on a gold band, I was kept in the loop all the way through the process. It don’t take long and I received the ring yesterday and it is breathtaking, I couldn’t love it more than I do!

I am so completely obsessed!!!! My husband and I ordered my upgrade ring from Plum and they blew us away with my ring and with their customer service. They emailed us and let us know the original diamond I had picked didn't end up living up to their standards but that they found a similar diamond that was the same cut, carat, and clarity but ended up being a better color. And it didn't cost us anything extra. They could have just sent the diamond we had originally picked and let it be on us if I didn't like it since it was what we picked but they didn't do that. They made sure that I would love the ring I ended up getting and even finished it and got it delivered early. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone who will listen to me.
