Awfull company cancelled our plan and everything and they locked us out our accounts, then they had the cheek to keep on delivering it so we left it outside so they would see we are not taking it and they still keep delivering it and it was stacking up outside the front of our house going mouldy. then had the audacity to send us a letter charging us for the milk we havnt even asked for after us cancelling our payment and everything and gave us 14 days to pay. Awfull company do recommend

Poor milk company. Not very organised and always getting orders wrong and milk and other items are not very good quality. I found going to a supermarket or having online shopping delivered is better than using plumbs dairy. I have tried Mcqueens dairy and they are very good.

Always turn up for deliveries regardless of the weather.

Reliability is superb!

Plumbs (initially as Plumb and Webb) have provided our milk delivery since 1969 and have followed us to other addresses since. Have never failed to deliver even when the roads were impassable with snow.
They have a good range of products, not just dairy, at good prices.
Will continue to be their customers unless we move completely out of their area.

Our milkman always delivers on time, come rain or shine. It is very easy to stop and start deliveries around holidays on my phone, which is very convenient.

Bad delivery service took items to the wrong flat

Incredibly poor. Today I was expecting a delivery - I recently set up an account with a regular Thursday delivery, and this was my second week.

Last week's delivery was fine, absolutely no complaints and I paid my invoice on time. Today – no delivery. When I rang just now after 9 o'clock, to query where it was (I figured as it's holidays it might be a bit late, but this was very late), I was informed that the deliverer had left the items at the bottom of the stairs to my flat.

This did not happen last week. I was given no notification that items wouldn't be delivered to my door. Consequently, it has been sitting out for hours in full sunshine so it is now unusable and will be wasted. Not to mention the waste of my time waiting.

The excuse given by Plumbs was that the deliverer couldn't leave his float. Absolute rubbish and smacks of discrimination against the area in which I live. It's also untrue. He just couldn't be bothered to walk up the stairs to my flat like whoever delivered my milk last week did.

It is really disappointing. I deliberately chose Plumbs over other milk rounds because they used to be based in Balsham where I grew up. All round a very poor service, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I will never be buying from Plumbs again, and they’ve lost a customer to a different company.

I’ve been using Plumb Dairies for the last few months and am extremely pleased with them. I started using them, after reading about Bovear and being assured by Plumb that their milk and dairy does not contain Bovear or any added substitutes. I used them for all my cheeses, cream, etc over Christmas and have no complaints.

Full marks for excellent customer service, had an issue with my first delivery and I sent an email. Very soon after I received a phone call to rectify the issue and such a pleasant caller who was able to correct the mistake and put things right without hesitation. I look forward to using the service in the New Year. Well done.

So lovely to have milk delivered in glass returnable bottles. Excellent range of good quality products. Particularly like the flavoured milk and the jams & pickles.

It is lovely to have fresh milk delivered and fresh eggs. We like to know that we are supporting British farming and a local industry

I’ve been a customer of Plumbs’ Dairy for many years. Always an excellent service with great quality products supporting many local businesses. I hope they continue in business for many years to come!

Plumbs' Dairy is a great company -- we've been using them for over a decade. It's always a thrill to open up your door in the morning and find a cold bottle of fresh milk waiting, as I did this morning.

What do I like about them? They offer a range of milks - including organic. Their website makes it easy to pause/restart orders when we're away, They are local. I like getting our milk in glass bottles, rather than plastic. They also offer other seasonal goodies -- asparagus in the springs, strawberries in the summer, which is nice.

Great local company!

Super reliable over many years

We have been customers of Plumbs Dairy since year one. Recently when my milk delivery was missed and I dropped them an email - within 10 minutes Holly from the Coffee Shop came round with my milk. That’s what I call good service.

Have just learnt that it’s possible to leave a review on this site for Plumbs Dairy. Have been a customer for many years now - my abiding memory is of deliveries without fail despite difficult weather AND a Pandemic. Thank you!

I love the ease provided by Plumbs regular deliveries of milk and bread. Its a joy to wake up and find them on the doorstep. The website is easy to use and I'm always amazed when I find new goodies added to their list. Adding in holiday dates is also really convenient. Thank you!
