Great response to a query

The purchase was smooth and fine but when I needed to return this part (not used and not needed), a circus started. For two weeks I was writing to them without responses or replies that they will come back to me because they need to contact their supplier (why would I care about their supplier if I bought from them directly). Then they said that there is a 20% (!) restocking fee and I need to cover the postage. They sent me a postage sticker (£3.04) then charged me £8.50 and also added tax to this return (???). As a result I got back 60% of what I have paid. Complete rip off and it took 3 weeks.

I think if you advertise a product you should have it in stock and not allow customers to buy it and then tell them oh it’s not in stock bad news of you are in a rush and have to then pay twice somewhere else
And reading further reviews it seems im on a battle now to even get a refund
Bad news

I have been trying to get a returns note onna boiler flute, I have phoned and sent emails several times. DON'T BUY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Great service with prompt response to email query about the product and arrived next day. Will definitely be checking these guys out for any future plumbing materials.

Kings Plumbing had the product that I wanted a great price, Inta ActivFlo+ Water Conditioner. Ordering them delivery was super easy. I’m very happy with the product although it’s not been fitted yet.

Having had a bad experience with another online supplier of copper fittings I was very pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, organisation and communication from Will at PLAK. I placed a long and very tedious order of plumbing parts, over 50 lines of different weird and wonderful end feed fittings, some kite marked, some not and some DZR brass and some not and Will nailed it and with a good delivery time. He even replied to one of my evening initial enquiries at 9pm the same evening. Most Appreciated and Many Thanks.
