We find this review slightly confusing as you have not made an order with ourselves.
We completely understand negative feedback if a corresponding order number is tagged to the order however on this occasion that is not the case.
The reason we charge £75 on delivery is due to the rising courier costs due to inflation. The likelihood is the part in question is either a 6m length of tube or fragile pottery. If we sent this on standard couriers - it would arrive to yourself damaged.
We make no profit on delivery costs, therefore we find this particular review extremely unjustified and unfair.
However, as always we appreciate the feedback.
