My boiler broke down on the Friday afternoon, it was replaced fitted on the Monday morning by 12.30. They did a first class job very clean añd disposed of the old boiler. I cannot give a higher recommendation. A first class firm.

The work that I had done was the removal of a gas fire and back boiler. The work was carried out efficiently. The workman put down protection for my carpets and left no mess at all when he finished. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had my boiler serviced and was really impressed with the overall experience. the engineer arrived exactly on time, which is always appreciated, and got straight to work with a coffee I made.
he was very respectful of my home, everything was kept clean and tidy throughout, and he made sure to leave the area as he found it. its clear he takes pride in his work.
I had a small leak with a rubber tube and he pointed it out to myself explaining what has happened, with this he fixed it and told me to contact baxi as it is under warranty.
Overall, a reliable, professional service that i'll use again.

Steve from Plumbing Hot Ltd arrived on time and gave our boiler a complete check over and approval. He also picked up a slight problem with the positioning of certain of the boiler components during its initial installation which I am very grateful for. I have contacted the people who initially installed our boiler and they have assured me that they will send out one of their engineers to rectify the installation problem. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and friendly and very dedicated and completed the inspection very quickly and thoroughly and we will definitely use this company again for all our boiler inspections and problems. It’s very reassuring to find a company you feel you can really trust for quick and professional service.

We were so fortunate to have chosen Plumbing Hot. When we explained we were pensioners likely to face the New Year without heating or hot water an engineer was sent, a diagnosis made and a new boiler fitted and operational on New Years Day!
