for weeks had no way to contact them , no working email or phone had to file dispute with bank and wait 120 days for them to investigate ...

I ended up receiving my refund , I am pretty sure the bank applied pressure to them

I never could get in contact with anybody on their end

Ordered items. Didn't receive items. Website contact form doesn't work. Emails don't get replied to. Phone is disconnected. Fake online store for sure. Don't fall for it!!!!

I dont no what to say i was like everone else here and had given theese guys 1 star but the other day by chance i re sent and query and to be honest probably wasn't very nice but this was response

Time will tell maybe they have been taken over and people might get what they have paid for

and refund hit the bank account so ill give them 5 outta 5 for rectifing it

Ordered in August 2023 and never received it. Sent emails to them which bounced back, and the phone is disconnected. Don’t order anything from them, it is a scam.
I wish I had checked the reviews before wasting my time. Luckily got refund from PayPal.

This is a very strange business. 2 orders one for 50mm Uniseal and second for 80mm uniseal each was of approximately equal value. The 80mm seals arrived promptly but the 50mm have not arrived and it has been some months. I have given up and bought the 50mm seals elsewhere.
There is no way to follow anything up. Email goes unanswered and the phone is disconnected.
Better to pay a little bit more with a business that is accountable for the service provided.

Do not use this website. I placed an order but never received the product. No communication for several weeks now.

This is a scam website. After recording an order confirmation, I received no further communication. Neither the phone number, the contact email, or their webform work.

I think this company may have ceased trading. the phone is disconnected, the emails bounce. never got any tracking after placing my order. just requested a refund with Paypal. Poor form!! after reading the various similar reviews, note to Plumber's Best: take your website off line, and stop wasting everyone's time with this nonsense.

I placed an order on the 26th of August 2023.
I gave them leeway of about a week to ship the order, but when no shipping confirmation was sent, I started to try and send enquiries.

When the first email bounced, I thought it was probably an issue on my end, so I tried from a different address. It bounced again, so I tried from a spare gmail address that should work with everything - the email bounced again.

The phone number listed on their website is disconnected, and according to reviews here has been since at least 2021!

With no further way of contacting the alleged company, I filed for a chargeback. Thank goodness for Commbank and their quick dispute resolution, I received a refund within a week.

The best part? I ended up finding the parts cheaper on Amazon anyway. So much for buying local :(

If you've ordered from this company, contact your bank directly, don't give them any benefit of the doubt.

I have put an order in (number 2501). Trying to see where it is. Phone number not working, email bounces back. This order was urgent

So ordered my parts 2 weeks ago. Just an email to say we have taken your money. They do not repond. However as i have seen some responses to these reviews i thought i would give it a go. Hey plumbersbest.... when will my parts arrive? Order number 2497.. thanks

No physical address
No response from them after placing an order.
Their website 'contact us' email bounces back.
What else can you say about this other than they are stealing your money.
Next step: claim back from Paypal
Last step: report to ASIC
