Great service. Plumber took time to explain issue, explain in detail how things work and really care with the work. He also went over and above in replacing a part which I had not even called the service about! Would highly recommend based on my experience (and the chap was very good looking, too)!

Having moved in to a new property recently we inherited a drain problem, a Google search came up with Plumbernow.co.uk a local agent arrived the next morning a sorted a very messy problem in 20 minutes, he also gave us advice for the future. We would certainly use the company again.

Couldn't fault the prompt and efficient next day service provided by plumber now. Our plumber Toby was efficient, professional, pleasant and did a first class job, even fixing another small plumbing job we hadn't asked to be done. I booked at plumber on the website at around 9pm to fix some taps and got a confirmed timeslot within a couple of minutes for the next day. The following day I got a call in the morning from the plumber letting me know exactly what time he would arrive. When he did, the job was completed quickly, there was no mess and he checked I was completely satisfied before he left. A very professional service at a fixed price that I would definitely recommend and use again.

The plumber who came out knew what they were doing and were able to fix the problem first time and with no hassle. Payment was sorted out in advance on the website. Definitely a useful one to know!

The service is good. We had a leaking pipe under our bath. I booked the service online at 8 am. One thing that should be clearer is the fact that your plumber will only come in a predefined slot and not and an exact time. The asks you to put in your postcode and it will say that the next available slot is at say 1pm. This leads you to believe that the plumber will turn up at 1pm. My plumber actually arrived at 6.30 - some five and a half hours later. I don't have a problem but the plumbernow site seems intentionally misleading.
When the plumber did eventually show up, he did a fine job.
If anyone needs a plumber quick and is scared of being ripped off then this service is pretty good.

The drainage plumber that visited our house was friendly and very helpful , giving advice on how to avoid future problems and sorting out our blockage immediately.. Very good service.

Good communication to agree a time then turned up and did a good job. Can’t really ask for more. Would definitely use again.

Came within 3 hours.I had fitted a syphon in my cistern but had cross threaded the screw on the water pipe.The plumber fitted a new syphon that does not have to be removed from the cistern should i have to replace it in future.Very happy with the service and although i hope not to have any future emergencies i would definitely use them again

Called the plumber out for my elderly Father in law. Turned up on time, sorted the problem and then went out of their way to make sure that the problem was resolved as the root of the cause of the blocked drain was in a neighbours property.
My father in law was very impressed and so thank you for looking after him!

Easy to book appointment. Arrived within time frame specified. Couldn't clear blockage so said would send different engineer with machine later that day (Saturday). Unfortunately, engineer was not available until Monday evening. Not ideal but we did have other facilities available to us. Engineer who cleared blockage was professional and polite.
Worth the fee paid. Would recommend.

The booking process was very easy, the price was fixed up front and although the plumber didn't turn up on time he did call to say he'd be a bit late. As it turned out we probably overpaid for a simple problem but it could have taken much longer to fix, and we got peace of mind knowing it would be sorted out quickly.

Came out twice with no issues to clear drains. Determined to solve the problem. Contacted me when they said. Unfortunately suprised at such good communication.

I reported a leaking kitchen mixer tap to PlumberNow on 13th May shortly after 10 am,and booked an online visit slot between 11.41 and 13.00 hours for that day.
At about 11.30 the engineer phoned me and said he would be with me within 10 minutes.He arrived,inspected the leak and said it was not worth repairing and proceeded to fit a new mixer tap,and within 40 minutes it was fitted,tested and completed to my complete satisfaction.
For the fixed fee of £99, this is a service that does what it promises,quickly and efficiently,and I can only recommend them highly.
