The entire packing process in our workshop is filmed, and we take pictures of every package right before sealing it.
Pictures of your package show that you received our 204 adapters, just like you ordered.
The problem you encountered may happen if you used the adapters on a shaft made by another brand.
These adapters are made in our workshop for clients who requested them for our flexible shafts. They are made to crimp onto our shaft with a hydraulic press.
We do not claim to be selling any brand name’s replacement part, and please note that this is not a Ridgid adapter.

Top Tier and durable. I’m extremely satisfied with the product and the results it’s yielded me.
Ask stated. The tool is small enough and compact enough to where it isn’t as laborious as a snake or snaking machine. It’s lightweight and durable. Very effective form of drain cleaning. Following his instructions in the video make complete sense and should be watched prior to purchase. For my first time and first purchase of something like this I’m very satisfied and look forward to long term business with Plumber-Tools.

Great Customer Service Response
The customer service has been great so far. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved within few hours.
The equipment looks and performs great!
Tried the flexshaft on hardened grease on pvc. It performed well with water running. Next time will try the cast iron chains on hard grease even on pvc. I think they will perform well and get the job done faster.
I wish the the flexshaft carrier had the holes offset to make it easier to run the cables from within

Hi William, You chose the "direct payment" option at check out.
This option is for municipalities who can not use a credit card to make a purchase.
They make their order on our site and then pay us directly into our account afterwards.
I suspect that you have mistaken this as a credit card payment. If you check your bank account, you will notice that no payment has been made to us.
