It might have been more appropriate to give us a chance to contact FedEx on your behalf to ask them to recover your package and deliver it to the correct address.

Root cutter, pipe cleaner
Before I made my purchases I had some questions. Plumer-tools was quick to answer all my questions. I received my order in a timely manner. Have not had the chance to use the root cutter or pipe cleaner yet. The quality of the tools look amazing.

Got the drill to shaft adapters
Got the drill to shaft adapters. 1/4” and 3/16” the 3/16” bit works fine. The 1/4” bit set screw wont screw all the way in on all 6 screws making it so the set screws wont actually hit the shaft. Spend around $90 to have them to my door and only 1 works.

Horrible quality save your money and…
Horrible quality save your money and stick with a reputable brand like Rigid. I purchased 2 kits one being a replica of rigid 102 and the other of rigid 204. The biggest complaint is that the shaft is very weak I twisted it and broke it several times and the shaft housing is extremely flimsy it will not hold a straight line. You’ll be lucky to pass it through a straight line 10 feet without it kinking. Also, the chain knockers Are so heavy and so overly welded that they cannot clear out the most simplest soft blockages. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company as they will not stand behind their product.

If you are like me, you read the negative reviews first. This is wise, but let me give you some context.
Aadyn wrote to us 3 days after making a purchase and demanded a refund for the delivery cost. The delivery was not late, so we could not accommodate him.
After using the tools for almost 4 MONTHS, he wrote to us again, and demanded free equipment.
In this review he has stated that he kinked his shaft. This happens when a user does not set the torque limiter correctly. We do not accept responsibility for improper use of the equipment.
When we denied his demand, he threatened to give us a negative review.
We have served almost 8000 customers so far. Our workshop has made tools for over 2 decades.
Despite our best efforts, it is not possible to satisfy everyone.
