After my initial web enquiry, they got back to me next day and quoted (very competitive) after a quick whatsapp conversation and a video of my suggested installation. They had availability for the installation within a couple of weeks. On the day, the electrician was very friendly and polite, answered all my questions, and left everything clean and tidy. Had a bit of an issue with their payment app, so paid by credit card instead, but other than that the whole process was simple and straightforward.

A polite young man turned up nice and early and got straight on to, what was a more problematic install as I wanted the cable to run around the rear of my property. All done to a good standard.

Scott who installed the charger did a great job but he had to leave it disconnected as you are waiting for approval from the electricity company due to my house being on a looped supply.
Can you advise where we are with this?

From the first call, everyone was helpful and informative. The installer (Scott) arrived bang on time and gave us advice on where the cable would be best located Most of the cabling is now hidden and the charger was fitted quickly and everything was tidied up afterwards. Brilliant job 👍

Evening its fine but engineer broke few bricks when he fitted me charger on wall hope he come back soon for repair.

We are complete newbies to the world of EV’s and saw plug-in station advertised so gave them a go. From the booking process to installation it was really easy and seamless. The engineer arrived within the 2 hour window we were given. He was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Booking process was straightforward. Engineer arrived as agreed. Work done to a good standard. Would recommend.

The fitter was great, very personable & high customer service skills. On the day the firm tried to charge me extra for more cable as said it had estimated incorrectly via the video I had sent over as requested. It took 3 calls & the suggestion to ask the fitter to leave before they came to a sensible decision and not insist I paid. A good outcome but could have been handled better initially.

Everything went very smoothly from the initial contact to the installation.Would highly recommend Plug in Stations.

The fitter was pleasant, helpful and efficient. He recommended a socket that exactly met our needs in terms of positioning and tidiness. Some of the communications with you have been a bit questionable, but overall I'm very happy.

Good service and competitive with pricing. Would highly recommend. Could increase charger range and try and be competitive on other chargers. No fault in service at all.

I just booked, paid and had my charger installed within 24 hrs.

1) The team were amazing in agreeing what charger I needed and sorting a price
2) The booking team booked me a slot 10 days from placing the order
3) I received the invoice to make payment, so I did
4) I received a call the next day about a cancellation and a fitter could come within a few hours
5) Fitter turned up, very professional asked me a few questions . Installed the charger. Helped me setup my app and off he went .
6) I tested my charger and I’m ready for an off-peak charge tonight

Buzzing…..sad I know….. but that’s what tickles me ….. lol
