Plucky Panda are a disgusting scam! I purchased what was a mother's day gift for my fiance from our 1 year old son in March 2020 and still have not received the item after several failed attempts to contact them and seek a refund or delivery of the item. They have scammed me out of £50 and got away with it! I'm appalled also by paypals lack of support on this as well, they claim to support those who use their service to pay for products that are not received and I cannot get through to them at all as well! Where is the UK Trading standards when you need them to police international scammers!? I'm so angry and disappointed with this situation and want every to know that both plucky panda and PayPal are complete con artists and totally not worthy of anyone's business. Please take note of this to avoid loss of money and disappointment.

Total RIPOff. Ordered $200 of products over 3 months ago and they never sent me the product. Liars. Dont order from these people, the company is fake, the people involved are crooks, theives.

Scam company. Will try to steal your money. Luckily payment was returned by PayPal after they were verified scammers.

Same here bought the water full backflow burner and car fragrance. I've emailed once got a reply but have emailed 3 x since no response. Not getting this. Lockdown is time of scammers. Just buy from amazon at least you know its safe and they sell it all at a fraction of the price

We ordered and paid for a large incense burner, the money was immediately taken out but the item has never been delivered. We have tried to contact the seller to arrange for a delivery or refund only to ignored and blocked from their scamming site! BE AWARE... PLUCKY PANDA ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Order items back in March it’s now June 15,2020 and still don’t have my items there a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

I would love to know why we DIDN'T get the incence waterfall that we order back in January! The covid 19 has certainly has gotten some better and other things we've ordered has come already (and in good time) we work hard for our money just like you do! If you have no intention of sending it to us then at least return our money! You can reply to me!!

I can only agree with the other reviewers. The payment was taken straightaway, and now - more than a month on - delivery still hasn't happened.
I have now gotten in touch 4 times and am still waiting on a reply.
Can nothing be done???

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PLUCKY PANDA IS A SCAM. I ordered and paid for the backlog incense burner on Feb of 2020. It is now, June and I still have not received it. I sent numerous emails (and because of Covid gave them ample time to respond. I finally received an emai saying they would look into it, but nothing since. scam! Do not buy!
Update: I contacted Pay Pal to dispute the charges and THE very next day, my item is shipped. No email, no explanation. Received, but I will NEVER do business with Plucky Panda again.

I bought a an item off of these people said shipped never received, when i have tried to contact its only by email and they never responded.
Its a scam - you won't ever receive what you order

Do not order from this company. Complete and utter scam. They took the money and never delivered the goods. Each time I have contacted them I rarely get a reply and when I have they say the package has been sent and I should receive within 4/5 days. Of course it never comes.
