1 star review is a lot... It should have less than 1. terrible products, no value at all, the worst site ever ever. Dont get scammed from that $10 a month, seems like very little for a lot of products, but those products are very very low quality. I asked for a refund and no response, this site is a scam

I've been trying to get a hold of someone via email, phone call, for weeks. (The # listed for them is bad) I send an email every day and I have yet to receive a response back from an issue that I'm having from one of the software product. No communication whatsoever

Failed to receive products paid for on a Monthly premium membership
I paid for the monthly premium membership on the 6th of November Money was taken from my account. I am unable to download the product. I contacted them about the issue. I received an email stating that they would get back to me in 24 hours. No response. I contacted them again after 48 hours. I Still have not had a response. I saw a review on here from a customer who also could not download their product. I am really perturbed by this. I am not impressed by the lack of communication. I will have to try PayPal to get a refund. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt before I complain. It is really stressful to wait for a product or response and not receive it. I learned about this website from a YouTuber. I will have to let her know that the company she is promoting has not come through with their promises.

Signed up for a $49 Gold Membership on…
Signed up for a $49 Gold Membership on 11/01/23, paid with Paypal. It's 11/05/223 and I am still unable to download any content. My account still states Pending when my payment has already cleared with Paypal. Tried to contact them via support page, payment portal, and Facebook with no replies. Had to open a case with Paypal.
