I ordered 6 Burle Marx Flames, but only 2 arrived. The rest of the order is missing. There is absolutely no human customer service available only an AI chatbot that is unable to help with missing items. I have lost a significant amount of money and feel completely ignored. I cannot recommend this shop due to the non-existent support and incomplete delivery. Avoid if you value your money.

The company overwrote the recepients adress by a random and refused to modify it. They didnt't bother answer my modification request nor my immediate reaction. Even tho I asked up to 5 times. They just waited for 3 days and told me they cannot change anymore!
If you send flowers for anything important, flee this company like plague.

PLNTS are always great. They have a huge selection, they ship very quickly, and package everything well. I never leave reviews, but had an issue with the delivery (not at all due to PLNTS, purely the local courier) and they were beyond helpful in trying to address it.

Good and quick service from PLNTS, not so much from the courier:
My girlfriend usually buys from this website so I wanted to buy her a plant for S.Valentine, unfortunately this time quality of packaging/delivery wasn't at usual level:
- the box arrived sealed with courier tape, so it was opened before
-the heat pack wasn't there, I guess it got lost along the way
- obvsly the plant didn't enjoy the trip, 3 leaves out of 7 were badly fold and one was detached.

Delivery was so prompt, plants are beautiful and so healthy, one plant was dislodged from the pot but it was the fault of the delivery company. Simple fix. Cannot wait to order some more.

We ordered a live plant online from plnts.com. During the shipping process, the plant was kept in the shipping company’s container for an entire week. Throughout this period, I contacted plnts.com three times asking for help and support. But they only shared the delivery tracking link with me again. I also contacted the shipping company myself in an attempt to resolve the issue.
The shipping company informed me that the package had been incorrectly prepared and that they initially would not deliver it. I communicated this back to plnts.com and asked for assistance again. Despite this, it took a week for the plant to finally be delivered.
When the plant arrived, several leaves were already damaged and others had started to wilt. Although plnts.com claims to care deeply about their plants and included a heat pack, this was meaningless after the plant had been stuck in a container for so long. I wish the same level of care had been shown when I repeatedly reached out for help.
Additionally, due to previous bad experiences with the shipping company they use, I specifically selected a different shipping company during checkout. Unfortunately, my selection was ignored and the order was still shipped with the same company.
I informed plnts.com that the plant arrived in poor condition and clearly stated how unhappy I was with this experience, yet I received no response at all.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend ordering live plants from this website.

I was so excited to receive beautiful and rare plants form such a well reviewed place, but did not expect to be as wrong as I was.
Shipping was a complete disaster, the mentioned lead times on website are not accurate at all and when carrier failed, the only support (after 2 days of writing emails, chatting and whatsapp) I got answer - carrier is trying to deliver. Not true. 3 days lates I managed to chase down the driver to get my parcel.
When I opened the parcel where I should receive 3 beautiful plants, 2 baby plants and one big cactus - another surprise. Due to the carrier not fulfilling their duties (as was advertised on the website) one of the rare babyplants had died and instead of big cactus I received a snake plant.
Tried reaching out to plnts.com again - no answers. After a day or two, apologies and offer for a discount code. No, thank you, I do not want to order in a place that can mix a snake plant with cactus (even the invoice had the correct plants mentioned, all you need to do is double check that the picked plants are what's ordered). Now for two days I have been chasing them to get refund... terrible customer service, saddest first shopping experience in a plant store online.
Update: still trying to get my refund after weeks of chasing them. They have time to write answers to reviews but not to actually provide resolution or answers to customers.

My order arrived swiftly and as it was very carefully packaged transit had no obvious ill effects. Tracking was accurate and updated promptly. I'm very happy with the plants they selected for me, they seem very healthy.

Everything worked out great, the plants arrived in top condition. They were very well packaged, so the plants were not damaged during transport. The price was also very fair, thank you very much.
I always had a really good experience with PLNTS. Sadly this perfect record was broken when 2 of my 4 plants arrive in a bad shape and are still not showing any improvement.

Very disappointed with my second experience buying plants from PLNTS.
Two plants arrived in a terrible condition: the leaves were rotten, covered in spots everywhere. It has now been two days and my Monstera is barely holding on — I doubt it will survive the week.
I was not refunded anything, and it’s impossible to have a proper conversation with competent customer service staff. This is completely unacceptable.
The rest of my plants were in good condition, but one plant looked nothing like the picture on the website — almost no leaves, it looked like an S-size plant.
