Order has been on hold for a whole week. I’ve emailed and called them countless times but no one replies. They seem to have many websites and names as well. The other ones are lovejam and love collection. I would definitely not advise to use them.
Paid extra for next day delivery. Sent emails tried to contact them and the email is literally your@email. Spent over £400 and haven’t heard a single thing no email confirmation just money taken from my bank and that’s it….
I ordered a teddy for a bridal shower in a medium it has to be a small. I keep emailing and contacting this company through chat so I can exchange it for a larger size. There has not been a response and it has been a couple weeks. I wish I had read the reviews on this company first.
Doesn't work, getting in touch is an absolute nightmare and returns is an absolute nightmare. Would not recommend
