Would give zero stars if I could.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Same as the people below, I ordered something that was too small, and they agreed to return the items. They completely ghosted me, and after DHL confirmed they received my return, they never answered again. Terrible service. I'm so disappointed I've lost my money and time! I've emailed at least eight times since they received the return, and nothing. Completely unacceptable.

Will not refund a returned item - BEWARE!
This is supposed to be a premium lingerie site with top quality goods. Forget it!!!!!!
Bought a body for my wife at over £200. When it arrived it was really poor quality materials and the fit would have only been any good for a super model! My wife is pretty petite. So I tried to return it.
Firstly the return portal didn’t work and I got in touch with Isabella in customer services. She sent me a return link. Something didn’t feel quite right at this point.
I returned it and received an email confirming that the item had been received by them. That was over two months ago! Isabella has responded once to my many messages, only to say that they are having trouble with their returns system - otherwise complete silence.
I have now reported the transaction as fraudulent and I’ll see if my credit card company can get anywhere with them.

Terrible post-sale service – never again!
I ordered a Bordelle Angela Bondage Dress from Pleasurements. The purchase and shipping went smoothly, but that’s where the problems started.
The size was too small, so I returned the item following all the instructions. The return was delivered, but weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any refund on my card.
I contacted them multiple times. They replied only once, apologizing and saying the refund would be processed within 3–5 business days. Of course, that never happened — and since then, complete silence.
No replies, no accountability. For a store that claims to offer luxury products, this is absolutely unacceptable.
Never ordering from them again.
