@PLDTHome has the absolute WORST customer service.
I asked for my final bill (including the pre-termination fee of three monthly fees) in mid-April. That was fine with me as I agreed to it. However, instead of sending it, they charged me for 2 additional months on top of the pre-termination fee. It's now mid-May and I still haven't received the final bill.
And when I reach out to through @PLDTCares (more like @PLDTDoesntCare)?
The chat gets cancelled before I even get help. Several times I might add.
Honestly, if they don't want to get paid, just say that.
NEVER AGAIN!
To anyone thinking of getting @PLDT: dont!
They will make it east to sign up, but a nightmare to leave!!!

Im so disappointed with PLDT

Im so disappointed with PLDT. Our monthly bill is just 1499 and today I received an email stating that our due is 1513, when I called the customer service they checked, as per them it shows that we used the phone to call a mobile number which we didnt use since we dont know how to dial a mobile number . When i checked the mobile number, it's not even registered on all our mobile phones , so we dont know who'se number was that. And you guys left us with no other choice than to continue . I requested for a downgrade since we only need the internet but u guys offered telephone only no internet and cignal. WtH! Stupid??? I asked for internet!!!! And if we want to disconnect it , we'll have to pay the amount of 8k pesos. B*llsh*t!!!

WORST ISP!

WORST ISP!! One whole f week without internet/landline service. Apat na technician visits na and guess what? WALA PA RIN NANGYAYARI. Mga technician tamad, nagmamadali, pare parehas sasabihin na issue, mag iintay for another days/weeks to follow up. Magcclose yung repair ticket kahit wala namang resolution at all. Kundi lang dahil sa landline na need for senior citizens sa bahay, di na kami magsstay for shitty company like PLDT. 2025 NA KEEP UP NAMAN TAYO?
