wow this store direct purchase is a rubbish

wow this store purchase is a crap experience, attempting to purchase replace ps5 edge controller stick replacement, when going through the purchase to pay, it reverts to the FAQ and will not let me go further on my mobile. so with SONY's crap website we cannot purchase anything due to endless looping and not being able to pay, what bs, this is why we go else where for our products, sony being one of the oldest tech companies i know of doesnt care about anything, boycott sony!

No customer support

I ordered the God of War limited edition controller and have still not received it. I have been trying to contact Playstation Store Direct for the last 6 days, and have only been connected twice in that time to an agent to tell me to go somewhere else. Where is the support!? Is there actually anyone manning the USELESS online chat? Why is there not an email address at the very least for an online store!? I am still trying to get hold of an agent it has been 2 hours of waiting just for today on a system which states open from 0700 - 1900 but cuts you off saying they are open from 1030 -1900 - which is it?
