Lost tournament winnings again
This is the 2nd time recently where I have lost tournament winnings because the tournament leaderboards have not updated the scores from the games you have bought and played. Lost £50 today in winnings and my deposit of £30 has gone on games that don’t update the leaderboard for the tournament. It’s beyond a joke now. Support has basically questioned my honesty. Even though I have provided them with screenshots of leaderboards not updating with 0 players. And screenshots of my games played.

Add a deposit and it takes too long to show so deposit again because you think it hasn't gone through. Still never see it in your account and difficult then withdrawing the money you wanted to play and decided not to play because they are absolutely useless!! Fuming!
