They dont even have the product but they wrote IN STOCK. Give you the tracking even if they dont have product. i order on 25 today is 15 (3weeks), still not arrived. SCAM

I placed an order back in September for a special edition Monopoly game. They never shipped my item. I emailed them asking where my item was and they stated that they are checking to see if the item is in stock. It’s now November, I emailed them again and they keep apologizing and giving me the run around on this item. I asked for a refund before disputing with my bank. They stated that they were going to ship the item the next week. This place has to be a scam. It’s not a legitimate place. I would advise shopping here.

impressive customer service. Fast responses via whats app. Happy with our purchase! I recommend it for inspiration also, as the product selection is top notch.

We bought a couple of teddybears for a newborn, they were in stock as shown on the website, and shipped relatively quickly. We received them two days later!

Good shopping experience. Decent speed of communication (although only via writing support), and excellent selection of products.

We bought the 150cm Tintin Rocket and had read the reviews here. I was a little concerned, however, everything went very well fromt he outset with fast responses on whatsapp (only messaging no call) and the product was in stock so delivery was 2 weeks to Netherlands as promised. No complaints whatsoever. The rocket is beautiful and genuine. I am very pleased with the purchase and the service.

The product was ordered almost a week ago. Order #4236. Despite numerous attempts to reach the seller in WhatsApp which is the preferred contact path for the vendor they didn't respond at all. Total scum, waste of money and time. Not recommend them
at all!
P.S. 19-03-2024 update. After sharing my customer experience, plus blocking PayPal payment - the guys immediately reached me and promised to deliver the order ASAP. I received it finally las week. The item itself is OK. Outcome - mission completed.

Well, so far it’s not at all good. I bought some merch from them five days ago
and was expecting info on shipping. As I have had nothing since the automated response I decided to contact them - (they say they have excellent customer service). This is proving impossible. Emails come back as ‘undeliverable’ and the phone rings out. I texted them but so far nothing. Checking on here and seeing the reviews (which I should have checked before..) I think I might need to ask my bank to raise a dispute. It’s a swanky website and I love the stuff they promote but seems like it might not actually exist….

Playoff side is actually a concept store where I paid for a very expensive pool float that has still not arrived nearly a month later. They seem completely unable to influence their delivery partner and even suggested I speak to them (I had already confirmed I tried and they won’t speak to receivers). Exceptional service it says on the website……rubbish. Order ref #3352

After 10 days, product is still not shipped. Nobody replys to e-mails.

The shirt was shipped in a few days, it arrived in the next couple days and when I received it was in such a good condition, like new. Really smooth and easy purchase of a wonderful vintage shirt! Thank you and see you again soon!!
