Stop before you proceed doing any business!
I ordered an electronic drum set for $2,609.10 in October 2025. The item was never shipped.
Over the next several weeks I was told they only ship freight and was given repeated delays and changing explanations. After working with them multiple times to arrange delivery, I finally requested a full refund.
The refund was not processed properly. Instead, they issued partial refunds over several months:
$1,000 in December
$609.10 in December
$500 in January
After four months, $500 was still missing. I opened a $500 chargeback with my bank, and only then did the final refund suddenly appear.
After the chargeback, they began sending legal threats and demanding payment via wire or Zelle instead of working through the normal card processor.
Overall: no shipment, months of delays, fragmented refunds, and aggressive payment tactics.
I would not recommend doing business here.
