I needed a Twilight Imperium 4 playmat for 8 players and with space enough for the Fracture (expansion component).
The standard playmat offered by playmats.eu didn't fit this, so I reached out and they designed a customized playmat for me. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and quickly adjusted the design based on my feedback.

Ordered and 2 weeks later it arrived. Product looks great, as advertised. It takes longer than other companies to ship, but in the end it’s legit.

I ordered a custom mat and was in frequent contact with customer support. They always responded within three days and were very friendly. Due to a misunderstanding, the delivery had the wrong dimensions, but this was rectified without any problems.
The end result exceeded my expectations. The dimensions are very accurate and the quality of the mat is outstanding.

Yes, they take some time to deliver, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. However, it's worth the wait. The print quality is very good. I ordered a rubber mat and am very satisfied with both the material and overall quality.
Additionally, customer service was helpful.

Let's be honest, I don't quite support complaining about the length of production. You have to remember - this is a manufacturer, the production process must take a while, sometimes there are more orders, other times - less . Ordering a ready-made mat, for example, from the offer SALE or other ready to buy products; my Warhammer 40K gaming mat arrived to me in 2 days, you want to have something unique and for life, for this decently made? A month of waiting is probably not too high a price. You can always order crap from China and wait a week less. IMO - Playmats.eu is better option.

It's been over a month and they still haven't shipped my order. Even though I've written to them and they've apologized twice during that time, they're still no closer to having my order completed, nor have they explained why there is a month delay.

Hard working, creative company that offers a lot of affordable playmats, cardmats, erasable roleplay map, 2D scenery and more!

My order arrived within two weeks.

So... I haven't actually received my products, hence the low rating, although I am open to maybe receiving it at some point.

I ordered what looked like a really nice playmat, and some dice trays, but unfortunately, Playmats use a courier service with a solidly awful rating (GLS), so of course, I never got the items.

I contacted their customer service but after a few days have not heard back, so I am most unimpressed with them so far. It is exactly because of companies like this that I normally use Amazon. They might not be the cheapest, but at least they actually deliver!

I also wouldn't be surprised if Playmats reply here rather than contacting me directly or fixing the problem (i.e. delivering my items)...
