Made the unfortunate mistake of paying $60 for a month of this garbage. Never getting that money back because of course they offer no refunds. They fool you in the free trial because you do seem to get a lot of streams and a few good playlist adds. Everything seems great, but after a few weeks, spotify catches up and deletes everything. Every playlist I was on was completely removed from spotify, and the streams and monthly listeners were too. I complained, they gave a lame response and said that they would get me on some more reliable "partner playlists." Well, fast forward a bit, and some of them have already been removed from spotify. Based on last time, my streams and monthly listener count will follow. Do not waste time or money on this. All it will do is get your music taken down or cause the spotify algorithm to not push your music anymore.

I've been using The Playlist Agency's service for approximately 3 months, paying $99/month for playlist placements. My track "Revolution" (Spotify was placed on "The Feed: Electronic" playlist per my dashboard.

A few days ago, this song showed over 10,000 streams in my Spotify for Artists data. As of today (April 2, 2026), it has dropped to approximately 7,000 streams—a 30% decrease. This sudden decline is highly atypical for organic growth and coincides with the timing of my playlist placement through your service.

While stream fluctuations can occur, Spotify routinely removes streams deemed to come from bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent playlists—a cleanup that can significantly impact tracks gaining plays through artificial means. Given the magnitude of this drop I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of the streams being generated through your promotion.

Until I receive a satisfactory explanation and assurance that your methods comply with Spotify's terms of service, I cannot recommend this service for artists seeking authentic audience growth.

Absolute Scam, Bot playlist, artificial streaming.

They claim its legit, its not, just a bot farm that will get your music flagged and taken down for artificial streaming. They claim having partnerships and preferred rates with reputable distributors but it's all lies, distributors will confirm they are scammers. STAY AWAY!

They said their streams are trustable and organic so i subscribed to them as premium member but their listeners and streams marked as artificial stream by Spotify and also they rejected to refund my 99 dollars. Stay away from this company if you don't want your money, listeners and streams to be wasted.

Was a member for two months and was happy at first but Spotify has since removed all streams and listeners that came from their playlists for artificial streaming so definitely bots or at least something funky enough for Spotify to label it artificial out 200 dollars with no net gain from it

Placements are somewhat inconsistent. Some work very well while others do not perform as strongly, but overall the value is still good.

I wish they offered Apple Music as well since that is my preference. Still, my Spotify stats look great.

If 0 stars was an option I would have given 0/5 stars. I was forced to give one star. Spotify apparently detected bot streams through 30+ playlists and removed them entirely from the platform. This resulted in the removal of more than 4,000 streams for 2 of my songs. Paid for three months of service and only got 2 new followers which raised my suspicions as well. After removals by Spotify, I inquired with their email only customer support (no live agent or phone number available, go figure) and requested an explanation for Spotify’s actions on their playlists and received template response indicating they have no control over Spotify and they did not take any action to dispute Spotify’s removals. Clearly Spotify’s action was valid. Definitely recommend avoiding this service or else you will risk all of your music being entirely removed on Spotify like others have cited in similar reviews. This business is a scam and has no care or concern about musicians or promoting their music through meaningful playlisting or fan engagement.

After ending my subscription, my 4000+ streams have been reduced to 1000+. They don’t comply with Spotify terms and have botted their way to streams.

I got a few placements within 48 hours, exactly as promised. It is still early, but I plan to stick with it and see how it progresses.

All my stats are positive, so I am happy with my membership. Things started very quickly, and the placements slowed down a bit afterward. However, most of the early placements are still holding even though I was moved further down the playlist order. Overall, I am satisfied.

My band has been seeing steady results not doing a world tour anytime soon but a little traction and the wheel is spinning. Trying to get local shows now.

Artificial streams - it's a scam!
I subscribed to their playlist service - as the only active campaign. As a consequence hereof my songs were delisted by Spotify. Here is the statement from Spotify:
"We've detected artificial streams of your music, which have been removed from the public monthly listener count on your artist profile, but not from your private data on this page. If you have questions, including how this may affect your royalty payments, please contact your label or distributor. Learn more about artificial streaming."

Just posting a review to thank moses for fixing the problems I had. I thought I was going to get placements in stores and he explained it takes time and then introduced me to the company that does them. I know my music is beeing seen now.

I don't usually post reviews unless but got an email from here to post a review so here goes. My experince has been solid, when they stopped delivering for me I talked to them and they got the placements for me gain. Hopefully we can continue like this.

The new app really is a huge upgrade. The old one was barely usable.

A+ for Moses @ customer service for getting me a refund when it didn’t work out. It wasn’t a good fit for me but they handled it quickly.

Five Stars for the friendly customer service who helped me out when the website was bugging out. Not only that they also give me an extra 2 weeks free for the trouble.

Very disappointing. It seems like all playlists were fake with bots. The views go up, but no engagements or adds. Now I am worried about my music being flagged. This is not worth the risk, money, and time.

The 5 star reviews are most likely FAKE. They are just trying to hide the real reviews.
