Some mixed feelings about service

In general, mixed feelings. At first I liked the service, it works fast, connection without lags, etc. But it was not long, playing BF2042 was quite difficult, more time was spent on customization, restarting, loading, etc. Went to another service
From what I liked - liked the tech support, really quick to respond, respectful communication, try to help. In general, I wish the service to optimize all the problems, to establish a fast loading and all will be good
