PA - withdrawals/customer service
website used to be perfect when it accepted paypal, it's a little awkward now to withdraw funds, skrill, neteller, extremely shady businesses that steal your money. but i managed to get wire transfer to work. at no point has PA scammed me or failed to pay me or anything like that. the customer service is helpful and responsive. the website is very easy to use.

Horrible experience overall
Horrible experience overall, really sad about the purchase, first time trying this website, ad didn't not full information on it, tried to resolve with the seller, with playerauctions, no resolution received and just and open and shut dispute. No safety or set protocol for genuine 1st time buyers.
I feel like i should just go to my bank now, really disappointed 😞

Thankyou for your not so kind, aggressive, and illiterate reply, not addressing anything.
Clearly you have no empathy for others and think from a very narrow perspective.
As someone from the UK, we have here upto atleast 14 days to change our mind about a purchase and return it back like we received it.
Your website advertises, payment protection and buyer/seller protection, and how genuine is everything there.
I have now someone messaging me that this account was stolen from them and i should return it back.
To assume I am God (God forbid) and i would know everything about the stuff available online, was very rich of you.
If that was the case, why would customer service exist in the first place?
Horrible experience still stands and its not about i didn't get the decision that i wanted, it was the basic principle of trade, that both party should benefit from the trade, the seller got the full money they wanted, but i on the receiving end didn't.
Sad to see humans so cruel these days, all for 40 odd pounds

I'm sorry if this isn't the decision you wanted. You asked for a refund because you informed your seller you were unfamiliar with how the game works. Disputes are intended for issues with the order, such as it not being as described, or if you did not receive anything.
We expect buyers to understand and know what they are purchasing from sellers. We have a chat system where buyers may even ask questions about the order before purchasing.
I'm afraid there is no resolution to be provided because there were no issues raised about the order. The "horrible experience" you referred to was for not receiving a refund for a purchase you changed your mind on, when the seller was able to correctly deliver it. Your seller did not agree to a refund as stated in the chat logs.

I'm not a constant seller online. I move things and then can go a month between offerings, so I like that the site is very easy to use for casual selling. Even if you aren't an industrial seller, your offers get seen.
