This is the best online casino I've ever played at. Great selection of games! No issues with games not loading. Withdrawals are very fast altho my 3rd withdrawal kept being denied over and over so I got fed up and played it all in. I gave all my info that had never changed and they would've used my documents for the first 2 withdrawals so I'm very confused. I was accused of using someone else's card. But... I am hoping future withdrawal requests go smoothly because overall.. This is the best casino and I have never felt so special and looked after by my VIP manager DANA. She is the best and makes this casino so enjoyable. She is attentive, caring and generous and always there to help. She really needs to be awarded for her amazing customer service. I rate this casino 5 out of 5 because of Dana and the games.

Just two points of feedback
- I wish RG settings were accessible to players where you can place your own limits, cool-off requests, etc. Some casinos have this option but here you have to contact support via chat or your VIP manager via email. Doesn’t seem ideal.

- For high limit players the daily withdrawal limits seem too low…I wish these were increased based on your play and bet amount somehow

Been on this site for over 7 years and enjoy the games they have , recently had a little win and tried to cash out a few hundred dollars ,they kept coming back with so many excuses after supplying them with all the documents they needed ,the last one they said was my bank was not accepting the money which was total rubbish as i checked with my bank. I get the house always wins but to deny you that little win after putting in thousands is criminal, shame on you for treating your long standing customers like this .i ended up playing out all my credits and will shut my account down ...great games but very shady when it comes to cashing out any wins .

Becarefull of this site.Everything they advertising isn't true especially the first deposit bonus and when you contact them they will makeup silly excuses and lies. Closed my account immediately
